Overall love it but mist pump broken
I love the brow brush and soap product but unfortunately the pump for my spray mist does not work. It seems to be a mistake of course but unfortunately it means I can't use the spray, I need to open it and drop the mist on the product.
I would really appreciate it if someone could get in contact with me regarding maybe a new pump?

I purchased the cleanser refill wich is the most amazing product, the best cleanser I have ever used and I have tried so so many overvthe years, the cleanser leaves my skinn clean, re freshed and glowing. I love that this wonderful company do refills, helping the environment and helping reduce the codt too 😊
The prep mist well I cant do without and will be usung it in the winter months to, keeps my skin so hydrated ... I lve this product.

Excellent service, very fast free delivery. Product is lovely - yet to be fully tested but smells divine and sprays like a mist. Am using it on runs as training for a hm and need a spritz every now and then in this heat! Like the fact the bottle is small and flat so it easily fits in my runners pouch, plus it's refillable so much better for the environment. What's not to like?

Made my friend brow obsessed!!
I bought the soap brows kit as a birthday present for my friend. I bought it mainly for the brow serum as she has thinner brows & also it had 5star reviews. My friend absolutely loves the whole kit & hasn’t stopped raving about the serum. She’s now totally obsessed with her brows! So pleased with my purchase and it was beautifully presented in its box!

I love soap brows so much as they really are good for keeping brows in place all day. They last a long time so the price is definitely worth it. The only thing is that I didn’t realise you need to buy the mist to get the best result until it arrived and it said on the instructions but it still works well with water, overall I recommend! :)
