They dont judge and use individual circumstances
The use of open banking and the app nivo to communicate is so much easier, which great for people who suffer with anxiety of picking up the phone to someone, they have an easy to use loan calculator and are non judgemental to your personal circumstances, everything is on an individual basis, no silly interest rates either unlike other companies out there, they have the community spirit thats for sure, well done

I have had a great experience using the services of this credit union. I do not have the best credit, and i was homeless, but yet they still helped me with an affordable loan to pay for a deposit of rent on a house for me and my daughter. They were very efficient and also arranged an affordable plan to pay back, and they do not charge massive interest charges either. They have most recently helped me with a very affordable loan to help me carpet my stairs. I highly recommend them 💯
