Well done! Friendly and helpful. Worked quickly and quietly, Replacing huge old tank with new 1000 ltr bunded tank. Pumped back the oil they had extracted, leaving me with a full tank. There was some left over which they credited to my account. Couldn’t ask for more.

Service declining
We have been using Western Fuel for 10 years. Unfortunately on the last 3 deliveries there has been a problem which I have had to contact them about. The service used to be excellent, however I don't know if I have been unlucky, but things don't seem to be as good.
Just a further note..... despite the reply from Western fuel no-one has contacted me!!

Prompt response from WF office
Driver damaged my wall through no thought and total incompetence. He was not going to bring this to my attention. Luckily I noticed him putting it back together. I phoned office while he was still here. They have kindly arranged for it to be be fixed within the week. Thanks for the prompt response and action.
