Boiler break down
Our boiler broke down on Monday 31st March whilst my husband was away and I had my 81 year old mother staying with me. We live in a 300 year old cottage, which can get really cold at night! Western Fuel called and managed to get Harry out that same day! Amazing!
Unfortunately I had to go to work that afternoon and had to leave my mother to look after everything.
She wanted me to leave feedback on her behalf as she found Harry to be very polite helpful and very informative on his visit and treated her with the utmost respect, Having to leave an 81 year old lady with a 'call out person' could have been very daunting and worrying for her, but she felt very safe at all times and really appreciated Harrys helpfulness.
He managed to get a part that was required the following day and all was sorted!! Can't thank Harry and Western Fuels enough...they are very lucky to have such a 'helpful young man'. Please pass our gratitude on to Harry.

Excellent service and prices. Used to order from boiler juice and usually had Western. Better to order direct as usually better price. Ordered Thursday expected next Wednesday but arrived Saturday!

Having been let down by our previous supplier they repeatedly moved their delivery date forward until we ran out of oil I phoned Western Fuels and the lady I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful and said that she could arrange a delivery the next day This arrived at 9.00am by a very friendly delivery driver I cannot fault the service and we will use Western Fuels for all our future oil requirements Peter Jackson

Great service, great price
We use Westernfuel for our regular top-ups on heating oil, after being quoted a delivery date of the 4th of April, they delivered yesterday, after only ordered 2 working days prior. Great Price, great service! the only improvement I could recommend, is give the customer a heads up on the delivery date, luckily I was home by chance!

Helpful and reliable
We have been using Western Fuels for a while and have always found them super helpful and efficient. A faulty gauge led to running out of heating oil. A short notice delivery was arranged for the following morning but I was also able to visit the local depot at Taunton and purchase a 20 litre container of oil to get the boiler back up and running immediately. Depot staff and delivery drivers have always friendly and helpful! Thank you.
