An absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Their customer service is excellent, if you have any questions they will be answered extremely promptly. Their products are top quality. Only for their wire system my dog chip would have wandered away and we would never have found him. People tell me I am cruel to use it on my dog--rubbish, the dogs are not stupid, they do not stay at the wire getting a little shock constantly, they hear it beep and move away, it keeps them safe. A car running my dog over would be an awful lot crueler. A fantastic company to deal with, their products are amazing

Dispatch was immediate but an post took 4 days to get it to us ordered Monday received Friday ☺️. Very happy with the product, we bought 2 collars as we have 5 dogs and live near cattle farms. 2 American bully xls a German Shepherd and 2 springer pits tried the collars and are trained by day 2. They all return straight away after hearing the warning beep. We noticed we need to have it charged again after around 2 days. The Pitbulls required the longer prongs as they feel the stimulation more, they tried to go over the perimeter twice and learned soon after. We will be purchasing 3 more so each dog will have a collar each. Good service 😃

Great customer service , quick delivery of products. Immediate response to any queries from Amy in customer service. Have used this company 4-5 times in last 3 years and every time the service was fantastic.

What a great service.
Required a new controller for pet collar. Amy responded promptly to e mail and had delivery of product within 2 days. Required more assistance with syncing controller and again Amy sent on a link which explained everything.

I bought the Remote Training Collar system from Western Pet Products.

I am extremely satisfied with the product, previously when I took my dogs walking they chased cars, which is so annoying and dangerous.

Since using the above product they no longer do this.The three modes work well, But I only need to use the sound mode the dogs come back to me. They no longer follow cars as chasing cars is a big problem with sheepdogs. We are really pleased with this product

Got this collar for a large young active dog. He learned very quickly and once he hears the beep on the collar he turns back. We live close to a busy main road and he won't even look in the direction of the road now.
Just keep a check to tighten the pins on the collar, we lost one of them because the came loose.

Fantastic product , it works perfectly ! I have a German Pointer who is very vocal whenever I return to the house , within two days of him waring the collar he has stopped , I can highly recommend this product , in addition to that the simple online purchase and delivery time was 100% , can't fault either the product or service .

A fast and efficient service from this company. I got the in ground radio fence 6 months ago to keep a greyhound from making a meal out of the Rhode Island reds. The First wear of the collar outside he made a charge as usual to leap the fence and he got to about a foot off it yelped and raced back to me for a bit of tlc. He had another try the next day with the same result. That was his last try he's a model hound now and admires the fowl from afar very happy and content. More recently I bought the training collar for a headstrong Lurcher pup. Having spent a lot of time and money on dog classes and still ending up with a boisterous lead pulling jumpy uppy face Lickey horse like dog. The collar trained him in less than 2 days and I only used the vibration and the buzzer. We're loose lead walking all over the place and no more jumping up on people when they come in. I can't. speak highly enough of Western products when I did have a problem with the fence 3 weeks ago the replacement was with me in 2 days no problem. I highly recommend both of my purchases I couldn't have kept my lovely dogs without them.

Excellent service and a great product (GPS Collar). Cant recommend highly enough. The collar works very well and allows my Boxer the max freedom while I feel reassured she is in boundary. The real bonus being able to move the centre point when visiting elsewhere. Great company to deal with and put you at ease AAA+++

Our dog hasn't barked and only been few days which means he isnt as stressed and alot calmer would recommend the bark collar were so happy and service was amazing
