Genuine company with excellent customer support
I can't honestly understand the bad reviews, from enquiring through ordering and finally receiving their products, my experience was excellent. I contacted them by phone and email with absolutely no problem. In my opinion and experience, this is an excellent reliable Irish company. J Margey

If there was a minus star
If there was a minus star, they would get a minus star. No engagement with customers, nobody answers the phone if you have a question, the product is not appropriate, the instructions impossible and the YouTube video no better. I would go as far as to say , its cruel. I would not recommend this company or their products.....T E R R I B L E
