Claims easy to make

Claims easy to make and are dealt with quickly.
Recently I had a query, as I was trying to make a claim for something that I had not done before. I rang and a very helpful member of staff sorted it for me.

Efficient

Once I figured out what I had to do, I did it.
My claim was acknowledged and confirmation I would be paid followed.
I was reimbursed within 2 to 3 days.

Great service

Great service, quick payment back in to my account, been with them for over 40 years never had a problem yet, wouldn’t be without them.

The service is 5 star but...

The service is 5 star, but the website can be difficult to navigate due to the colours of tick boxes and some text. Given that a significant number of users will have vision problems a higher contrast would be very helpful

Tried to claim for treatment I recieved…

Tried to claim for treatment I recieved on my Shoulder through my Company policy. Only to be told it wasn't covered! Even though the treatment I recieved came under the listed treatments. Not Happy at all with how you have misled with your promised cover.
