Jason was very quick to pop out to asses our problem and Barry was brilliant diagnosing and fixing the issues with our boiler as soon as possible. We’ve always had excellent, professional and experienced service from Jason and Barry (not met anyone else but I’m sure they’re good too) and we wont hesitate to recommend this company to our friends and family.

Luke and Spencer arrived on time to carry out pre-planned work. Luke (plumber) replaced close fitting toilet and installed new shower head and hose on electric shower arrangement. Spencer relocated door answerphone and installed light/fan in sitting room. What a pleasure to have these two gentlemen in the house. Very professional. Thank you West Heating. See you again.

There was an initial blip following my enquiry: I was not phoned back as promised. However, when I tried again 2 days later, a visit was then scheduled that same day. Barry arrived as agreed and quickly diagnosed the problem- an overflow from a tank in the loft due to an old faulty ball valve. Although in an awkward position, he replaced this quickly with a little assistance from me, within the hour and all has been well since.

26 June 2025. Experienced overflow from water tank in the loft. No longer being agile enough to carry out repairs, contacted West Heating. Engineer arrived shortly afterwards and effected the repair with courtesy, speed and efficiency. Excellent service from West and special thanks please to the engineer, regrettably neglected to enquire of his name. Nevertheless thank you Also total charge for call out and replacement ball valve mechanism not a shock very reasonable. Thoroughly recommended.

Quick response to heating issues, excellent service and quality customer care.

Used John West for years always had excellent service from the company would defiantly recommend them. Thanks to Bill Green arranging various works over the years and Barry for completing the jobs.

Great service once again, nothing was too much trouble got our heating boiler working again, credit to Barry the gas technician top man

The Company gave a good competitive quote to replace a floor mounted boiler while some firms would only fit wall mounted. They arrived on the agreed date and the plumber who did the work was excellent and did a very good job. Any problems were quickly resolved and done in a way that should be reliable and last well. Contact with the firm was good and they responded quickly.

I've used West Heating every year for my service, I wouldn't use anyone else. Barry knows what he's doing and I never get any expensive surprises, which is always a bonus.

The company were very professional and their work was of a very high standard, it was made more difficult by the fact that they had to do remedial works after poor workmanship by another contractor before they could reinstall the wet room. We are so pleased that we are now able to use the wet room satisfactorily. We can recommend this company and will use them again.
