On the 3rd March 2025 and 8th April 2025 I gave instructions to the company under the terms of my Power of Attorney and at the request of my Aunt, asking that she be contacted for her Will to be updated. Neither my Aunt nor myself received any form of acknowledgment and in reply to a subsequent email on the 6th November 2025 I was advised by Stuart Victor that in March and April of that year he did not receive any emails as all the emails he received were automatically moved to a spam folder. On 6th Nov 2025 I then requested that he may further contact with my Aunt and after a chaser on the 13th March 2026 I was advised that "the contact phone number is no longer in operation please provide a new phone number". Due to the Company's lack of efficiency my Aunt is now no longer able to provide instructions

We had a very good experience- were dealt with efficiently so my elderly mother’s will and LPAs were finalised very smoothly and without fuss. Emily was friendly and understanding and very happy to come over for 2 home visits to get everything sorted.

We did my mums will and LPA, now we have to use the LPA and months ago, I was told that I could use the single sheet LPA, I now been told by the banks this is not enough, so requested the orginal LPA on the 9th January, now 28th January , I've had to chase them again, even though this was an urgent request. We were not told that they held the original copy. This doesn't help in sorting out health and financial and just adds to the stress we are already dealing with.

We contacted Jasper Cook after our Dad suddenly died. It was a heart-wrenching time. Jasper was absolutely brilliant. Jasper's sensitivity was exemplary. His skill and experience with the situation helped us feel very reassured. None of us had been through this process before. We felt brilliantly supported. Just like to say a huge thank you to Jasper. He took away the stress from what could have been a painful and bewildering task.
