Great service, friendly and helpful
Definitely recoomend for all outdoor furniture

Over the years I have purchased several times from Westminster Outdoor Living. Every time my experience has been faultless. Nigel has been fantastic and so has the rest of the team in the Uckfield warehouse. Our white aluminium outdoor dining set is now over 7 years old and still looks fantastic. We have just purchased an outdoor furniture set, which was delivered immediately, it looks stunning and will hopefully have the Westminster quality that has been previously proven.

The furniture arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Had it for about a week now and very happy with the quality. The ladies at the East Grinstead showroom were lovely and helpful. Sean and Richard from the delivery team did a great job.

The team were extremely helpful, they provided great guidance throughout the whole process particularly on specification of products and the assistance throughout the whole experience including the designs for our patio’s.
Fiona in particular was excellent and extremely helpful and patience a great asset to your business.

My wife and I recently visited the Westminster Outdoor Guildford Store and had an overwhelingly positive experience. Having recently had a major makeover of our garden, we were visiting on the recommendation of our gardener to buy a Westminster Outdoor parasol which was on sale. We did purchase one and it is terrific but we also ended up buying a beautiful stone round table with eight chairs and a sofa and chair set in their sale. We had a terrific experience overall. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam the store manager who helped us. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave up a lot of time to help us make our decisions. As well as great service, Westminster in our opinion offer terrific value for money. We had researched the market for garden furniture and we felt Westminster offer tremendous value for money - a high quality product at a very reasonable price. Once we had made our order, we received great service. Our products were delivered within a week by Stewart and Sam who helped assemble everything except the parasol due to our not having the ballast ready. We had a small follow up problem with our parasol once we had assembled it and Sean visited specially and resolved it without any problems. So overall we are very happy with Westminster Outdoor and strongly recommend! Thank you!

Fantastic experience buying from the Guildford branch. Justyna was incredibly helpful, helping us move furniture around and patient as we decided on what we wanted. She had some great suggestions. Sean was also brilliant on the delivery. Very happy and will buy again!

The quality and performance of the furniture is superb, with great service in the Chelmsford showroom from Jason and delivery and assembly by Sean and Paul always conducted on time in a highly professional and efficient manner. 2 years ago we ordered and took delivery of lots of furniture from Westminster. A pergola, an outdoor sofa, 10 outdoor chairs and a stunning slate table. Even a fire table and daybeds. We then moved to Greece to live by the Mediterranean. It was hot and very sunny, (and idilic). Sadly, it wasn't forever, so a few months ago we begrudgingly moved back to the UK and brought all our fantastic furniture with us. I am writing this because even thought the furniture was in the hot Mediterranean for sun 2 years, the items were in amazing, like new condition. Additionally, in the move some small parts of the pergola were broken, so I reached out to Westminster to ask to buy some replacements. I spoke with Juliet who immediately offered to send them out for free. I am incredibly grateful for this and felt compelled to share the quality and brilliant service here on Trust Pilot. The items they sell are not inexpensive, but I think you really get what you pay for, (and more), with Westminster. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Westminster from placing the order to delivery. Items were delivered within 36 hrs, Sean & Paul were polite and efficient. It’s the second time I’ve bought from this company and I throughly recommend them.

The delivery of our garden furniture was 1st class Sean and Paul put the day bed together as well as positioning the other furniture and fixing the parasols.
