Just taken delivery of our new garden furniture and I am thrilled with it all. Stewart and Sam were first class, they kept me informed of delivery time and assembled it with care and answered all my questions. The sales team in the East Grinstead branch were also very helpful (and patient), as my purchase involved a few visits to the showroom! Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and a credit to the company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We have just taken delivery of our Zone Sofa’s and tables, they look fantastic and we are very happy. The delivery team of Stewart & Sam were super polite, helpful and assembled our tables with extreme care. Thank you also to Justyna in the Guildford branch.

My wife and I were interested in purchasing an outdoor table, chairs and sofas from Barlow Tyrie and popped into the Westminster Outdoor Living showroom in Guildford, which was our closest dealer. When we arrived we were met by the store manager Sam, who was most helpful and very knowledgeable about the Barlow Tyrie outdoor furniture range, also helping us choose the products and colours. After nearly an hour of her time, we were happy to reward her with a sizeable order.

From purchase to delivery and installation, an all-round great service. Very impressed with Stewart and Sam, who had to navigate parking up the hill (joys of on-street parking), moving the EXTREMELY heavy base up 8 steps, down a side alley and set up. We even have amazing weather to test it out and it's only March!

Sean and Paul did a fantastic job of setting up my pergola. It took around half a day to get it unpacked, fully assembled, and bolted to my porcelain with the additional pull down screen attached. They made sure everything was left in perfect condition, and took all the packaging away with them. They also gave me a demonstration on how to use the pergola and open and close the louvres. patio all the packaging. Highly recommend Westminster! Thanks guys - no doubt see you again soon!

I purchased an outdoor sofa set costing several thousand pounds. The fabric was Sunbrella which comes with a 5 year warranty.
The sofa set was under a pergola in Spain protected from direct sunlight and rain. However, the fabric discoloured, the seams came apart and holes appeared in the fabric within just 18 months.
I contacted Westminster Outdoor Living but they refused to do anything stating my purchase was discounted and therefore the 5 year Sunbrella warranty was not valid and was replaced by Westminster’s 1 year warranty.

However, Sunbrella stood by their 5 year warranty, but required proof of purchase. Westminster Outdoor Living ignored my emails.

Terrible post-sale customer service.

I showed great interest in some screens with Sam@Guildford Westminster store the other month. I couldn't quite afford to get them. Sam kindly let me know that the Summer Sale had started and let me know they were discounted. So kind to let me know. I ordered soon as I saw the email. Excellent help Sam. And amazing as I ordered and 2-3days later they were delivered. Excellent service.

My third purchase of Westminster outdoor furniture in 13 years from a rural setting to harbour living and now in a medieval town. Each move has necessitated new furniture as the house purchasers fell in love with the style and quality. The service and delivery is always 5*.

Sean and Stuart went above and beyond to deliver and my new Sun umbrella. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks, guys.
