Carpet delivered without notice and abandoned in front of a door. Once found was dirty. A return requested and organized by westwing but after waiting a full day nobody showed up. Totally unreliable and unable to manage a proper service.

Hi Simona, thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you had such a bad experience with this order. Usually we always announce our shipments with a shipment notification and in it there is also a link to track the shipment. Of course, the parcel carrier is not allowed to just leave the package in front of the door. After then also the scheduled pickup failed, I can understand your anger. I saw that you are already in contact with my colleague and that another pickup has already been booked here via another shipping service. I am sure that this time everything will work out fine.

Amazing online shop
I have no words to describe how satisfied I am with Westwing. I confess that at the beginning I had a problem but in the end everything worked out well. I am furnishing my entire apartment and Westwing is in every room. I am amazed at how fast the online service is and how well the contact flows.

Daily sales are nice - Beware hidden costs of €10 delivery cost per order
Daily sales are nice. Some of them are actual good prices, some just average market price - But the thing is that they don't tell you that you get charged € 10 for delivery no matter what for those daily sales, which is not really on par and acceptable in today's competitive market.

INCAPABLE OF DELIVERYING PRODUCTS, INCAPABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. I ordered my sofa (Lennon) 2 months ago. The delivery date has been confirmed for 30.05 - 09.06. As 9th of June approaches, I reached out to their CS via whatsapp already three times to confirm the exact delivery date. Without confirming the delivery date, they keep saying that it will be delivered by 09.06 which is tomorrow. Now I go into my app and without informing me in any email, my delivery window is now updated into 14.06 - 21.06. What kind of CS is this? what kind of order tracking is this? I paid over 2000 euros for this order and the level of service I get is just horrible. Incapable customer service and incapable delivery of their products. Simply stay away from this seller. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!
