Good products, bad customer service
I like Westwing products but to be honest they are handling so bad the returns. I have 2 big boxes to be picked up at home for a month already. They organized the pick up twice, and twice the carrier did not show up. It’s worth around 400€ in product that I want to return, and I want my money back. So, I would recommend Westwing if you know that you don’t need to return the product, because otherwise it’s a mess. Also, I wish they had some kind of instant messages with customer service instead of the email that takes way longer and is way less reactive.

FINGER WEG - NOT RELIABLE
It's the second time that I ordered something at westwing and had issues with the delivery and package gets lost.
I explicitly asked in the address that package is not delivered to a neighbour (as they always do instead of ringing) and it happened again. I live in the nr 13 and package is delivered to number 12, we were at home and they have not even bother to ring, we just received an email saying that the package was delivered to a random person at number 12.
DO NOT BUY HERE if you do not want that your items are delivered to some random people.
To westwing response: I ordered to you, not to DHL / Hermes. It's YOUR JOB to take care to chose reliable partners and not the cheapest service.

Best customer service in Germany!
I am particularly impressed by their customer service - I had an issue with a damaged product and Westwing pulled out all the stops to help me with the product return and reimbursement. They were available at all times and I felt like I can completely trust them!
