At the time of payment, it all happened so quickly that there was not much of an opportunity to review the order and see any kind of return policy before making the commitment.

My experience with We the People has been great I own multiple holsters for a variety of different pistols. Customer service and support is very helpful, responsive and reliable. This particular review is for a warranty claim on my IWB for my Glock model 45. I’m very pleased with the service I have received and quick response for my delivery.

website says to subscribe giving your email and phone number for an "up to 50% discount on your first order" I got a code for a 10%. it felt misleading.

The entire process was nice and easy.

Just loved how there were options for pretty much every gun, especially your specific gun, inside waistband, outside waistband, with a red dot sight, without, left hand, right hand, etc.

Good price on an optic-cut sticky pocket holster, and it's one of only two I have found that can accommodate an optic.

Retention screw doesn’t work and screw for holster clip came off

You hide the fact you have nothing made or in stock until after you get paid. I have zero interest in your company after reading. Oh we forgot or what ever that sleazy statement was

Tomorrow is day 10 after ordering and tracking still says it’s sitting in California with no further updates or movement. I ordered on August 6 and they didn’t even show a label created until I sent an email on August 11th. Customer service…no help at all

I think the website is very user friendly what I don't like is at the very end when I was trying to cash out the website was being very pushy on other items multiple times which made me get frustrated.

Holster is a great fit and of good quality. There is not much adjustment for cant foward or back. I also ordered the IWB by accident when I wanted OWBon a Friday evening after closing time, I called as soon as they opened Monday morning (first available time to contact) in addition to e-mailing for a correction and was told it can be switched but then got the shipping notification 2 hours later. Showed up today as an IWB, uggh.....My fault but I was really hoping it would be fixed, and I had hoped the guy working in shipping that day would have rolled in groggy from a hangover or something and got the memo on order correction. I can't really be upset with a fast order out the door, but then they ship USPS via DHL....Nobody should be using DHL in the continental US in 2026, fast out the door but slow to arrive. Overall it is my fault for not double and triple checking.

Had what I wanted, got a discount. Hopefully it will ship quickly. I have a total of 5 of your holsters and one of your gun belts, a wedge, and a foam pad for IWB holsters. I do wish you would offer more of a minimalist IWB and OWB mag carrier didn't take up quite so much real estate on your belt.

Just ordered a new holster for my S&W M&P Pro Series 9mm. I’m adding a red dot sight to it and needed a new holster. Having ordered from them before, I know it will fit perfectly and be a quality holster.

Worst website I ever ordered from. I ordered at the end of July and got a confirmation email right away saying thanks for your money. Now it's August 15 and I've still heard nothing. I've even tried to contact and have heard nothing. PayPal will give me my money back after a hassle. I've since ordered and received elsewhere

The kydex holsters are durable and fairly priced.

I was offered a code “FREEMOUNT” but when I tried to add it to my order it did not take the code. I tried it several times adding the holster mount , but it would not accept it.
