Probably one of the best Google searches I have done! Having found Wetheralds on-line the service from the initial phone call enquiry to installation has been first class. The sales process, survey and install all carried out with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.
We are absolutely delighted with our new conservatory roof and the highest standard finish and workmanship.
More than happy to recommend to anyone.

The management of Wetheralds should be very proud of all their staff From the initial booking for a replacement conservatory roof quotation to the final completion, we have been very impressed wih the office staff, the salesman, surveyor and fitting staff for their politeness and professionalism in completing the work.
A special mention to Ashley and Dominic who worked in very wet conditions to completed the work on schedule and did a great job tidying and cleaning everything away.
Other firms we contacted made no mention of checks by Building control by our local council but Wetheralds arranged for them to visit us halfway through the work and then on completion.
We would recommend this firm.

I have a plastic roofed conservatory changed to a solid roof with metro tiles on it. What a job and what a finish , the company is good to work with keeping you in the loop at all times. The two fitters Shaun and Mark arrived on Monday and unloaded their van then went and got the rest of the material , after this they started old roof off new roof on and weathertite on the first day. Next day they turned up first thing Mark fitted the lead flashing and roof tiles Shaun doing the internals. On Wednesday the work was completed and the site totally cleared , I was so impressed by the team. Shaun and Mark are a credit to the company and themselves they are such neat and tidy workers. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Wetheralds were the first quote we had and the agent Robert told us that if we were going to base the "winner" on price alone he would not get the business. He did give a very competent presentation of a very high spec product which comes with building regs certification, We had three other quotes and it turned out that Wetheralds were the best price. The team of James, Luke and Keifer came on the due date and worked like Trojans. They knew the job inside out and advised us of the planned work for each day. The work was completed ahead of schedule despite some very inclement weather. Very polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. Can't thank them enough for the excellent finish of the work. Lastly must mention Steph in accounts who was very helpful on each contact.

just read the review below. GIVE THEM A 2ND CHANCE. Not placed an order yet. however I arranged twice a visit and I failed to be in. Still they came a 3rd time, so do not understand what happened for there no show..

Telephoned the company to arrange a quote for a replacement conservatory roof. Appointment made with representative for 18/09/19 but said individual failed to arrive. No further communication or apology from company who I contacted twice about the matter. No showroom, no contact therefore no business. Impressive website but publicity is not everything. I would not recommend this company.

Great job guys ! From sales through to installation, entirely professional and friendly throughout. We were not put under pressure, indeed had many conversations at the start around what was possible and then we were left to reflect. When the install team arrived they were both knowledgeable and efficient, delivering what they expected each day. Overall we are really pleased and look forward to putting the room back together now in a way which means we can use it all year round ! Thank you !

Nothing short of first class service from start to finish. To add context and perhaps a longer review than most, we hope this helps other potential buyers;

We had a 40+ year old wooden Victorian conservatory with all the problems and issues these bring. So, after extensive research we came down to four companies. Visited by each, Mark from Wetheralds was head and shoulders above his peers and totally professional - unlike the others who just wanted a quick sale. Mark took his time, explained everything in detail and was not 'pushy' at all. He left the decision with us and didn't pester us afterwards.

We decided to proceed not only with the roof but also to replace the framework, doors and windows. Again Mark and James were superb, listening to what we wanted and offering plenty of advice. To complicate matters, we wanted to make a feature of our end two panels, removing the glass and had a feature wall built. Not by Wetheralds but a specialist stone mason. This was to incorporate an entertainment centre inside. We were worried that the wall would be too small or too large and the frame wouldn't fit. Suffice to say we had nothing to worry about as the measurements were spot on.

Rob & Danny arrived and began their work in the most dreadful weather. We couldn't have asked for anyone more professional. Both were extremely conscientious, polite, courteous and made sure we were satisfied with everything they were doing. The job overran slightly due to one or two issues but we were kept informed at each stage what was happening. Nothing was too much trouble and both these individuals are a credit to Wetheralds. They were superb.

Everyone we have come into contact with has been a pleasure to deal with. Laura and Steph in the office have been so very helpful and Tony the electrician was top notch.

For anyone thinking of replacing the roof or updating their conservatory, we cannot recommend Wetheralds highly enough.

Stephanie is a great asset for the company! Every time I have spoke to her she has been so easy to talk to, which has helped get things sorted so much easier! She is really polite and is very efficient with how she works! She has been amazing with everything! Thanks a lot!

Just had a new roof on our conservatory by Wetheralds this week. Very pleased with the result. Must mention in particular about the high standard of the work. Danny and Rob were punctual & hard working (in the hottest 3 days this year). Not only were the professional, but 2 really nice guys as well. Well pleased. From our initial contact with Laura, the whole process was faultless. Everyone we had dealings with were helpful and professional. Although not a local company to us, Sean and Mark were here promptly on the 1st day and worked solidly over the 3 days to complete - couldn't have wished for a better team. We had a number of quotes to replace our conservatory roof and Wetheralds were the most competitive and we were led by the positive reviews on their product and service. Glad we chose Wetheralds and we would highly recommend them.

No hard sell tactics used (unlike other companies), which we really appreciated. We led the conversation and had all of our questions answered. Really competitive price and installation within 4 weeks. Workmen were great, friendly and polite. Installed in 3 days and really pleased with the end result. We now have a 3rd room which we're already using a lot. One of the best things we ever did.

Having researched changing my plastic conservatory roof into a solid one I was impressed that Wetheralds cut into the existing roof which made it look like an extension and not a conservatory with a tiled roof.
Mike the surveyor visited on the date and time that was booked and no pressure was applied to sign on the day. Having made the decision I spoke to Mike and from then on everything was taken care on including informing building control. Laura kept me informed all the way through and Sean and Mark started on the agreed date. They were Grafters (an expression not heard of these days) very skilled and professional. The conservatory is now a room which can be used at any time. I am so impressed and would highly recommend Wetheralds to anyone wanting to convert conservatory use.

I phoned wetheralds for a idea of the cost, was advised £5700.
I asked for a quote. Later i was phoned by a salesman and before he would visit wanted to know when i wanted it done what the phone price was, then he drew breath and said it did not include vat and would that be within my budget. I said yes. He arrived and after the measurements he gave the quote, and said he would lower the price if i signed up today. As the quote was less than the phone quote i signed up for the job. The next day he phoned to say he got the quote wrong and it would cost another £1000 pounds. He refunded my deposit. Needless to say i did not continue. Today i received a scam phone call. I keep my phone number restricted. I suspect my phone number has been passed on although i cannot prove it.

Excellent service from start to finish, the guys worked so hard in what was extreme weather conditions, they always had a smile and a cheerful manner, no complaints whatsoever so ever
