It’s one week since our conservatory has benefited from a new Wetheralds insulated roof and we are delighted with the result! We first came across Wetheralds at the Blenheim Flower Show, where there were several similar companies showing their wares, and we felt the Wetheralds systems looked far superior to any of the others. We had them come to give us a quote and compared them with two other companies and felt that Wetheralds would give us what we needed for an affordable price. We also decide to upgrade the glass panels because the conservatory was over 20 years old and was a bit “tired”. From the initial visit from Paul, to the end of the job, we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. The installers, Danny and Rob, arrived promptly at 8.00 am on the first morning of the installation, and worked non-stop until about 6.00 pm; and that was their pattern over the 2 ½ days they were with us. They spotted a slight imperfection on one of the new doors, arranged for a replacement to be manufactured and Danny was back with the new door on the Friday to complete the job. Over the last few days, we’ve noticed a mark difference in the warmth in the conservatory, and already we are using it more than we could have done. Last night was the coldest night of the year so far, but when we went into the conservatory this morning, it was noticeably warmer than it used to be. We can thoroughly recommend Wetheralds!

If you are looking to convert your conservatory roof to a solid roof, look no further than Wetheralds. From the office, to surveyor, to roof installers, they all looked after us and our project fro start to finish. We encountered a minor issue with building control, in which Kev dealt with in good time. A big thank you and well done to all who looked after us, Laura/Steph/Kev(office), Terry(Surveyor), and Johnny/Graham(roof installers). We are very happy with the finished job and now are looking forward to using our room all year round. Well done everyone. Great team work.

Very pleased with the work completed. The guys were extremely polite, worked exceptionally hard for 3 solid days and were extremely tidy cleaning up after themselves daily. A few snagging issues but they were rectified very swiftly with great help from both the office and the team.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm for a replacement roof.

A very efficient system from start to finish. Our architect recommended that we contact Wetheralds which we did, and were visited by their surveyor (not salesman) a couple of days later. After measuring up the surveyor quoted a price which beat anything else we’d had previously. The company takes care of all the arrangements including with the local authority building control so it couldn’t be easier from the customer’s point of view.
On the day of installation, the two-man team were outstanding and had the skill to cut the new wooden from scratch on site within a day. Whilst reviewing, we would like to say that the installers - Jonny and Graham - were a delight to have around for the four days – courteous and professional. Attention to detail from start to finish has made us a beautiful all-season garden room from our old conservatory; and for what we consider a very reasonable price. Thanks also go to Laura in the office who kept everything on track and was always there to answer any queries.
We happily give 5 stars to Wetheralds and would recommend them without hesitation.

I telephoned Weatheralds to arrange a quotation and received a confirmatory letter and brochure by return of post, excellent customer service so far. However, the surveyor did not arrive at all nor did I receive any telephone call to advise non attendance. Having finished work early to accommodate their surveyor this is very disappointing, and suffice to say, I cannot recommend this company.

It has taken a team from Wetheralds only four and a half days to complete the conversion of my leaking conservatory into a magnificent garden room. The transformation is faultless, the team were dedicated workers for whom nothing was too much trouble. Everything ran like clockwork. My gratitude is extended to all the staff involved.

Excellent experience with Wetheralds. Very pleased with the efficiency and quality of work from everyone involved from the Office right through to the Installation team. Just waiting for Building Control Certificate but again this was dealt with by the Office so expect it soon.

Wetheralds provided an excellent service, from the first visit of the salesman, to completion of the project. The very small issues which arose, as there would be on any project of this size, were resolved quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with our new conservatory, and would recommend Wetheralds to anyone.

First class service from everyone in the company who did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it.
The surveyor was very helpful and suggested we could consider replacing four windows with insulated panels then cover them with a plasterboard false wall. Looks great and did not add much to the cost. The three fitters drove from Yorkshire on Monday arriving at Liverpool before 9am then worked until 6pm with a half-hour lunchtime. Over four days they did a great job providing us with a usable and very good looking conservatory.

I did considerable research into companies before choosing Wetheralds, not the cheapest but I believe the best. One thing that gave me confidence was their arranging Building Control inspections, no other company offered this as standard and several said it was not necessary.

I would certainly recommend Wetheralds. Thank you for a great job.

We were extremely impressed with the Company from start to finish. We were kept informed the whole way through the process. The lads who did the work were efficient in everything they did and tidied up after themselves.
We would also like to thank Richard the surveyor and Laura in the office for everything they did.

We just moved in and had a large conservatory extension that opened into our kitchen. During the recent hot weather the room was a furnace and the hot air filled the house. I expect that it would have been cold during the winter.
Wetheralds removed the polycarbonate roof, built joists and fitted the exterior roofing tiles. The interior was insulated, plastered and LED down-lighters fitted. The result is superb. Wetheralds have given us a garden room that will be usable all year round.
Every person who I have interacted with at the company has been superb, from the installation team on the ground to the admin team in the office. Thanks guys.

A fabulous job so pleased ours was a big job we had 2 teams Mark Shaun Mark and Darren .The temperature was 29 everyday those guys never stopped how they worked so hard l don’t know and all with a smile .The finish job is great what a difference we would never have been able to use this room in the heat that we’ve had this year .Great job well done lads Thank you John and Pauline Olma .

Today the 11th of July 2018, saw the completion of our conservatory roof conversion and all within two and a half days, not the estimated 4 to 5 days, and all because of two very skilled professionals, namely Danny and Rob, what a team of professionals, pure dedication to their work coupled with enthusiasm and individual personality was a recipe for high quality workmanship, which I can confirm was the case.

The expectation that there would be a building site mess was soon eradicated, as the site was always cleaned and tidy, with care being taken to ensure that we were not put under any undue stress, as was it towards our neighbours also, what more could we ask for, because at the end of the first day we felt that we had known both Danny and Rob for years, that was the atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble, our biggest concern was that there did not seem to be any tea and lunch breaks, even though we did provide liquid refreshments, it all seemed to be part of the work ethic, methodical, non stop and lets get the job done, with early starts and late finishing, and to a very high standard and high quality.

Sandra and I would like to thank both Danny and Rob for their hard work, and for having the pleasure of them working on our little project, you have made us both very happy indeed, and wish you both all the very best for the future.

As far as 'Wetheralds', as a company , you will be highly recommended by us to all our friends and neighbours with a sincere wish that you will be successful in gaining further business, even though I was given to understand that there are 10 teams working on these conversions every week, which would suggest that you are already very busy.
