The installation team of Andy and Peter were on time, friendly and very efficient from start to finish answering any questions we had, carrying out their work to a very high standard. We are already enjoying our new room which is now more like an extension that we can enjoy all year round.

Good quality materials used. Wetheralds arranged for Building Regs Inspector to visit
twice during the build so there was no problem at all in having the work signed off and completion certificate issued by the Council who were happy and impressed. The team who undertook the job worked very hard indeed. Did not stop for tea breaks just ate and drank whilst working and put in long hours. Very approachable team who were happy to answer any of my questions. The initial visit by the surveyor representing Wetheralds was also good. No pressure just straightforward facts and advice and clarification given when asked. I am very pleased I chose Wetheralds to do the job. Great value for money.

I have just had this company complete my roof after them being roccomended to me. From beginning to end they have exceeded all my expectations. Chris who came and quoted to start with was friendly, helpful but never pushy and as for the fitting team lead by Gareth they were amazing throughout. I couldn’t recommend this company enough! If you want a first class job, started and finished on time with no add on costs then look no further.

After 17 years of having a conservatory .We decided to have a new roof fitted. Did research on internet and found Wetheralds.So glad i did.from the two surveyors .Martin and Chris.To the three fitters Gareth Colin and Ben.We now have a very smart tiled roof fully insulated,a lovely plastered ceiling [ by Jack ] ,a room we can now use whatever the british weather throws at us. The first attempt at our roof was a disgrace, very poor workmanship, leaving cracked panels, poorly fitted trims and NO attention to detail at all. Huge amounts of silicone sealant were smeared everywhere to cover the errors, and they did not clear up afterwards acceptably. Had I been informed how much draught would come in through the ceiling lights, I would not have had them fitted, as the conservatory is not as warm as I was hoping, and for the work involved, were an extortionate price. However, when I raised concerns, a lot of the work was re-done, and dealt with in a timely manner. I probably wouldn't bother with such a roof again, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend Wetheralds.

Fabulous company to deal with from start to finish. The guys who came to do the job worked tirelessly and came exactly when they said they would. Unfortunately one of the guys fell ill during the week. The other guy, Mark, worked so hard over the next 2 days and we had no complaints. The plastering could not be completed by Mark as it was the guy who was poorly who was skilled in this area. No worries- Wetheralds sent another guy to us and was here by 8am on the Saturday! We are really pleased with the look of the roof and how warm the conservatory now is. The office team are so helpful and friendly too- a delight to deal with. I had 9 quotes for this job and so far I can say that I’m so pleased with chose Wetheralds -they have exceeded our expectations!

Wetheralds finished my roof yesterday and took just under 3 days. They were fantastic and worked extremely hard to ensure an excellent finish. I viewed a completed roof before putting my order in and I would urge others to do the same. You will be impressed by the workmanship and price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

You hear in the media about dodgy building contractors but our experience with Wetheralds couldn't be further removed from those negative experiences. Everything they said would happen in the project was fulfilled, from the surveyor, David Trevethan, to their friendly and professional office staff and especially the three men employed to carryout to work. We insisted our positive feedback and thanks was conveyed to all those involved in the project, especially the three men who did the work.

After 15 years of a hot/cold conservatory we (my wife and I) decided to get a new roof. We had three on site estimates all offering about the same but Wetheralds came over as being the more friendly company than the others. Wetheralds told us that they work with local councils and would provide a Building regulations Completion Certificate even though the other two companies said we are not required to have one we thought it a good idea when we come to sell the house. We were told we could go and see their work on another customers house in South Woodham Ferrers so after that viewing we had them do the work and I have to say that the professionalism of the fitters was second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We found Wetheralds on the internet after contacting several local companies(who seemed to be half hearted in their response).Richard, the surveyor, could not have been more helpful(with absolutely no hint of a "hard sell") Indeed he helped us to decide the design that we wanted. As to the building team and work quality we could not have been more impressed.All told we had seven tradesmen on site (not all at the same time) and although we had some atrocious weather they completed the work ahead of schedule. Now, we can't believe how much warmer our new room is. To anyone contemplating having this work done forget any other company, contact Wetheralds, you won't be disappointed.

After checking some companies on line we saw the advert for Wetheralds in the Gardeners World magazine so contacted them for information.We arranged for the surveyor to come and were delighted with the honest approach -- no hard sell and a good price.
The team, Josh and Pete , arrived early on the agreed Monday morning and worked really well--- explaining what they were doing -- and by Thursday lunch the job was complete and the area cleaned up.
We can't praise all the Wetheralds team enough for their friendliness and professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and its roofing system wholeheartedly.
The sign of a caring company is the way they respond to any problems that crop up -- ours involved some work on the plastering on the ceiling --Kevin took the call and within a couple of days he had arranged for Graham to come and sort it out to our complete satisfaction.

Found this company on internet, from start to finish no problems, the office phoned appointment made and brochure sent. No pressure from surveyor and what was good was the measurement taken and a price given, with a thats what you pay and no nasty surprises. I had other quotes from firms but all that happened was a constant use of calculator with an ever increasing amount.The 2 fitters worked their socks off and the job was completed in a couple of hours over 2 days. I cant recommend these two enough, a credit to the firm in making sure all went well and we got exactly what we wanted. The end result looks great after painting the plaster and given a new dimension to the conservatory.

Really pleased with the roofing system and finally with the finish. All teams who came worked really hard. We were disappointed it took longer than originally planned. And when the second team came disputed mybeife telling them where the spot lights should be they took no notice. This resulted in me telephoning the company and making a complaint but they were so good. Another employee came out and rectified the mistake including the non working spot lights. All in all very pleased. From the initial assessment to the final product.

Very happy with all the installation. Scott & Paul worked well through wind, rain & sunshine. Kept them topped up with plenty of tea & coffee and the end result was a perfect new roof. Well done Wetheralds!!

We had our conservatory roof replaced in June and were delighted with the service provided by wetheralds. The salesman was helpful and friendly without being pushy.

We agreed a start date and they turned up on time as planned. The two fitters were great. Very friendly and professional.

The office staff too were very efficient with the paperwork and sending the guarantees through.

I spoke to the building inspector who complimented the system saying it was one of the best systems he'd seen.

I'm happy to recommend Wetheralds without hesitation.

Wetheralds did our conservatory roof in January 2016. The work was done on time to a high quality at a sensible price. We have no complaints at all and the room is now used much more due to the more even temperatures and lack of rain noise at night.
However where Wetheralds are exceptional was in their response to a problem. We had a small pre-existing leak from our house roof into the conservatory which Wetheralds accepted in the contract. This leak proved particularly difficult to track down but Wetheralds persevered and have now cured this leak. We think this leak had been there when we bought the property 13 years ago, it only showed when we had persistent and heavy rain, say 2 or 3 times a year. They went well beyond the call of duty and we have the greatest respect and admiration for their integrity and quality of service - outstanding!!!
An illustration of this is that the boss/owner of the Company attended personally to overcome this problem.

We have a South facing conservatory, and when it was built 14 years ago, paid a good deal extra to have special glass and roof blinds to combat the change in temperature throughout the year. Finally, we decided something had to be done because the room wasn't being used for lots of days in both summer and winter. We decided on Wetheralds for a tiled roof, and were assured of a great improvement in the temperature variations we would experience. A couple of really nice lads turned up, and did a really good job in constructing a tiled roof.
That was six months ago.
The conservatory is now in use every day, and the temperature difference compared with before is quite remarkable. We added some vertical blinds, and the room is now used more than the lounge it is attached to.
We are very pleased with the project, and should have had it done (by Wetheralds) years ago.

Had 6 companies come and quote to put a warm roof on our conservatory with prices up to 9k more than Wetheralds most without the guarantee of a labc certificate either! So we decided to Push the button. Despite needing to get an electrician in at a different time than expected and seeing that some of the old roof structure was still used which I was also not expecting the job was completed in 3 days by 2 nice young lads who did a brilliant job, the plastering particularly has been commented on by friends. You also hardly lose any light which was really surprising. Tidying up could have been a little better but they did ask if it was ok and I didn't check properly so shouldn't complain. The finished article is great and received all the guarantees and labc certificate from the local council within a week. We are already noticing the difference in warmth and the kids now have a nice play room! Overal I would definitely recommend wetheralds for a warm roof!

from start to finish wetheralds made this installation worry free, from the lovely surveyor who gave us lots of information without doing a hard sell. Then the two insulation lads Jamie and Zach arrived on time as arranged and they could not have been any more helpful explaining what they would be doing before they did it and they were so polite they worked none stop and the roof was completed in two and a half days they cleaned up any mess and took away any rubbish.
We are so pleased with the result it has changed from a conservatory that was to cold and damp with condensation to use most of the year into an extra room that is warm and will be used all year and the outside it looks so nice just like an extension.
I would not hesitate to recommend Wetheralds to anyone they are a very professional family business who look after you
