I booked a slot online for an engineer to attend the same afternoon - fantastic!
Kyran phoned to let me know when he was on his way. He was friendly, clean and tidy and solved the problem with the drain within an hour. He thoroughly tested to check the issue was fully resolved before leaving. The service was reasonably priced and a simple fixed fee.
I will definitely use this company in future and recommend to others.
