Excellent service, was skeptical at first as hadnt heard of them previously but i have to say the service I recieved was incredbile, from initial phone call and dealings with Craig over the phone which was straightforward and the process well explained to then receiving an offer which was alot better than any rival company offered and more than i expected. From accepting the offer i was given a collection date within 3 days from first phone call, exceptional. The team who turned up to collect was fantastic aswell (John, Steve and Ian) turned up on time and talked me through the whole process. They had to re do photos and check the car as part of the process which was fine and then waited until i had received all the documentation and confirmation of money clearance and wouldn't take any keys or paperwork for the car until i had checked my bank that the funds were clear. Keys then handed over and car gone, all done within an hour of them turning up. Excellent customer service and would definantly use again.

Great team came to collect my car, all has been explained clearly and the process of sale went smoothly and efficiently.

Was offered £11245 for my Fiat 500 which is 11mths old and covered 1370 miles and in showroom condition. Following a video inspection where I had to even show the tip of the dip stick, I was told I would receive a call to confirm the valuation in 30 mins. I did receive the call and was offered £10400. Unbelievable. The drop was qualified by
1 it is less than a year old which would make buyers nervous
2 it is an MHEV mild hybrid which means it’s not attractive to buyers…..
Hence the price drop I was told. What mystifies me is that if they knew their market why on earth would they offer £11245 in the first place

I'm currently sat waiting for my car to be picked up it's 3.20pm and my car was supposed to be collected at 9-1. My first phone call was at 11 as I was meant to have received a confirmation text, the advisor said not to worry call back at 12.30. I called again my situation was marked as urgent and they will contact the driver. 1.30 I called again not been able to contact the driver bear with us. Called again at 2.30pm to make a complaint. Was left on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up called back, spoke to someone who said he had a message that someone is just trying to contact the driver now...
Offered no solution no alternative, no reason, just this isn't my department. No one is currently available in that department to help you. No offer to rearrange the collection. Nothing seems connected, the transport and the customer service must be a completley different company, they can't find solutions or even answers when something goes wrong.
Just left waiting ALL DAY for the car to be collected with not a single call from them to explain what's going on or even that they're looking at it.
In fairness the person who arrnaged the offer for my car was excellent, however they do not have a customer service department.

I had to sell my grandmother’s car as she was giving up driving. Really easy to use service. Zubair was really patient throughout and a pleasure to deal with. The car was collected and the money was paid within an hour. Great service.

I was in contact with four people during the process and all were helpful, clear, polite and would explain each part of the procedure. I appreciate that like every business it is there to make money but unlike other companies I never had the impression that I was being taken advantage of. Without being disparaging the service offered was as I remembered it many years ago and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

After motorway failed twice, once with a dealer who just didn't make contact and another who wanted to knock money off ( clearly they don't stick to the same strict as real auctions,). This firm gave a fair price after a video appraisal and stuck to it. Yes is was £600 less than the basic auto evaluation, but people should realise that this is for mint cars for with fsh and two keys. You have to question the mentality of people complaining that they weren't offered top price for their shed.

Car was collected and paid for straight away.

Some dealers on motorway want to drive away today and pay tomorrow.

Terrible company. I have sold a previous car to we buy any car, which was very easy and stress free. After initially getting a fair quote online from we want any car, I arranged a video call, which was professional and fast. We want any car called back quickly and offered over £500 less than the initial quote which was expected but not welcomed, one of the reasons being that there was a slight scratch on the trim (the brand new trims I had brought for a shocking £25!) And a previous selling price (before work had been done to the car). Anyway I need the money, for my new car so I decided to go ahead anyway, the website states 'quick and hassle free' the lady on the phone asked when was best for collection and we chose between 1 and 4 on Monday, great so far quick and relatively hassle free. Monday comes around and I left work early to be home for 1pm - I waited all afternoon to then recieve a voicemail stating they need to book my car in for collection and to call a number. I tried numerous times to call the number as asked, with no answer. I then called the contact number on the website, the lady stated my car hadn't been booked in for collection and she would put me through to collections then the phone was put down on me. I have now lost out on half a day at work and am no closer to selling my car. So no definatly not quick and hassle free.

I cannot express how excellent the customer service has been when selling my car. I was very well looked after by everyone I spoke to. The whole process was extremely easy to navigate and payment was very very prompt.
Special shout out to Reggie who literally bent over backwards to ensure I got rid of the car by the day I needed to.

14 year old Mini Cooper with low mileage, not in perfect condition yes but I was offered £500 for it! I gasped on the phone and said you’re joking!? They suddenly offered me £700 and no more.

For convenience I agreed, they said they would collect the car on the weekend, no one came. Received a call of them apologising, rearranged for today between 9-1pm I rang them to chase at 12pm said someone will ring me, no one turned up or called me, I rang again they said someone will ring me back. I was called at 6pm and I said I’m driving I don’t know when I’m next free off top of my head can you call me back, no one called back, I rang again and they said well call you back no one has so I give up.

I’m basically giving my car away they should be snapping my hand off, wasted two of my days off waiting for them no thank you I’ll take it as a sign not to get ripped off and privately sell.

Really helpful company who were supportive throughout. The inspection was thorough and communication was great. I would highly recommend WWAC for a faff free, easy service.

Vicky and Cat were excellent. Very easy process from start to finish. Offered more than we buy any car. Called when they said they would and very polite and personable. Yes they did knock the estimate down but that is usual. They are a business and it takes the stress out of selling the car privately so you receive a slightly reduced final offer to take this into account. The final offer was still more than we buy any car. Payment is prompt. Kept up to date throughout. Fair value for the car. I would use them again to sell a car.
