Best customer service ever
The What Katie did website is very informative about it's items and ordering is so easy, it also has the best customer service I have ever known, orders are dispatched with in a very short time of placing them and one is immediately informed of that along with tracking numbers etc. When the order arrives ( usually within a day or two ) it is a delight to open as it is beautifully wrapped. The garments them selves are great quality at an affordable price. It is always easy to talk to someone at WKD if needed and staff are friendly and helpful. Regular customers also get first chance of sale items and offers, it feels like such a personal friendly service, which is sadly lacking in 99 per cent of businesses these days. Well done WKD . Keep up the good work.

Charlie was an absolute delight!
I visited the HQ for a fitting and Charlie was an absolute delight! She helped me find the perfect bras and shapewear, and even found me a lovely dress that fit perfectly. She was friendly, helpful and honest when some items didn't fit me so well (due to how the items were made rather than due to me), which is always appreciated as I knew I was being recommended the best items for me personally. I've never felt so good in myself and it is a huge thanks to her service that I felt that way. Thanks so much Charlie!

Lovely products, great customer service
