Nothing to say; these guys used to be among the best, but now they’ve fallen hard.
The support center no longer exists; all that’s left is a condescending, passive-aggressive AI that can’t solve a single problem.
My WhatsApp account was closed for no reason.
I requested a review and it was reactivated; but now it tells me to install an “official” version of WhatsApp because mine isn’t recognized as original.
My version is completely official, downloaded from Google; I even tried their official website, but no luck.
Their AI makes it clear: even though my account was unfairly closed, it wants me to read an article that barely relates to my issue, and it bluntly states that no human agents are available anymore.

Clearly, their fame and reputation have gone to their heads: they act like demigods and feel entitled to play with people’s contacts.

Ignoring the fact that AI and automated systems can fail, they’ve handed everything over to automation and refuse to pay a single cent for a real person who could actually fix problems.

My opinion: boycott them.

I am shocked to find out on news that Israel read people message on WhatsApp! Don't trust this company!

I have just been banned permanently for being underage.
I am 49 years old.
This is clearly an error. But there is no appeal, no way to speak to someone. Only an AI chat bot who can't understand or help.
I just have to accept that I am not cut off from all my clubs, hobbies, and parent chats.

I have lost my entire socal circle and support network over night. And there is nothing I can do about it.

Have been using Whatsapp for over 6 years I enjoyed chatting using Whatsapp and communicating but after some of recent updates Whatsapp has removed some of features like , Setting "ABOUT" for always, as WhatsApp has removed it added Time limit for setting WhatsApp "About" feature.

I can't send long videos -the app only
allows sending and receiving short
Video clips,which is really a downside.
The call quality is also poor compared to other apps On top of that , the app doesn't let you access old files .

can someone please tell me what the point in WhatsApp web is??? last time I lost a phone it told me I had to be registered on my phone first, now I've been registered on my phone for ages and it's still telling me I need my phone!!! wtf is your fkn point in existing?????

The interface is super bad, clunky, unfriendly, and annoying. Its the worst App i use.
Its super annoying.

This app is terrible, and i mean absolutely terrible. I was trying to switch over to my Galaxy S26 Ultra, and the damn backup is taking forever to backup and on the loading screen and I have spent 3 hours trying to fix this stupid issue. Ive literally cleared data, cache, force stop, same issue still. I basically gave up at this point and accepted the fact ill lose a whole month of chat history. This is ridiculous. I have google one, 5TB of storage so I obviously have enough, but the applications interface is so terrible and laggy, it literally pisses off people so much. Dont use this app. They're unreliable, ridiculous, and dont have actual human support.

So, I've been a victim of scam, someone cloned my number, on Thursday the 16th 2026, and I've been trying to reach WhatsApp support ever since, but all I got was automated email replies, none of them sort my problem.

I could easily recover my number if real support was given, I can prove that number someone is using pretending to be me, belongs to me, my email (which is the only email I have) has been changed, therefore I can't do the two steps verification no more, if WhatsApp support did give me the right support, it would be all sorted by now, I had that same number for the last 13 years, I have been the only person/number using that WhatsApp account for the last 10 maybe 12 years, but nothing can be done apparently, that's why I'm publicly expressing my dissatisfaction!

I’ve been a consistent user of platform for years, much of my time using it between phone and laptop, and suddenly this month my access has been blocked from laptop with no clear resolution. I followed every step system and support directed me to—multiple times—and ended up going in circles without any real help.

This has disrupted how I communicate and manage my information, forcing me to rely on other apps just to transfer basic data between my computer and phone. That’s not acceptable for a service I’ve trusted and used for so long.

If this issue isn’t resolved quickly, I will be moving away from platform entirely. I’m also seriously considering encouraging friends, family, and network to do the same. Users should not have to fight against the very tools they depend on.

Whatever systems, bots, or restrictions are causing this interference—especially on desktop—need to be fixed immediately. If not, you risk losing a large number of loyal users who are simply tired of being blocked out of their own accounts.

Please resolve this promptly.

The absolute worst app on the planet!!! Would not recommend at all, in fact I wish that I didn't need to use it.

If someone could come up with a similar app that everyone starts using, I'd use that instead in a heartbeat!

Whatsapp is the literal WORST

This is the absolutely horrible experience, I hate every aspect of using this app. I deleted this garbage from my phone long time ago, but unfortunately circumstances forced to reinstall this trash on my phone. Upon installing this garbage, they asked me of course to verify my phone number like as any other mobile app, yet unlike telegram I just do not receive any code verification, I tried call, but I didn't receive any calls. I do not have any verification code, and I have no idea how to verify my phone number because now I have to wait for another 7 freaking hours before I can send another verification code. 7 HOURS. Yes, this is an active phone number, YES I TYPED THAT CORRECTLY. And yes, every other single app works perfectly well, it just happens to be THE ONLY APP that doesn't send me OTP code.

I even don't mention completely obsolete, unwieldy dull clunky interface from 2000s, lack of security, inability to delete messages without other people knowing that, lack of functionality, look at the telegram for example, this is incomparably better than this rubbish.

Unbelievable, outrageous, and completely inexcusable to propose this sort of product to a broad global customer base in 2026.

I have no emotional attachment to this App whatsoever, since your constant-no-stop-every-month New update, all my personal settings changed!
All my background images changed, wasnt able to restore cloud back-up messages back on whatsapp, I have not set it up 2 how I like it because I loose settings every time u update! A pile of 💩, ive now started using telegram. I wont personalise whatapp ever again, n wont let it link to my personal gmail. Now it just stores locally but dont care about saving any message exchanges or historic data as its a pile of poo💩. I only use it bcos my family contact me on it. Otherwise i would delete it off my mobile 📱 4 Ever! Hate Mark Zuckerberg 2 a creep! and all his apps/platforms are sh*t! Dont use FB or Insta They are a cluttered mess and complete crap/Garbage! Nonsense, worthless garbage!

Blocked my account for no reason at all. Use my WhatsApp for my business and they blocked it so I couldn’t use it which effected my business. You can’t speak to anyone about any of your issues and it takes weeks for them to correct their mistake and unblock your WhatsApp. By this time serious damage has already been done to one’s livelihood. Amateurs!

Because the ban on this number is "permanent," WhatsApp's frontend UI deliberately hides the "Request Review" button.
Despite this, your automated email bots continuously reply telling me to "use the app to request a review" — instructing me to click a button that your own servers have removed.
When I cornered the AI about this contradiction, it explicitly admitted: "I'm not capable of manually reviewing your contract or lifting the ban," yet it completely refused to route my ticket to a human who can.
MY DEMAND:
It is entirely unacceptable for a global corporation like Meta to penalize a legitimate new consumer simply because your automated system has a logical loophole and lacks a pathway for human escalation.
I demand that a Human Escalation Manager from Meta:

Manually review my attached official ownership contract.
Perform a server-side override to lift the permanent ban on +967781523070 immediately.

You usually banned some individuals including me though I didn't violate any rule, so improve on that make sure you warn a person if any issues you feel is violating your policy

WhatsApp have updated the app so that you can easily and accidentally send an instant video message. I only knew this when a friend informed me of one I sent without knowing. The previous form of the app allowed the user to disable this feature. I spent 2 hours trying to get WhatsApp AI “customer service “ to understand the issue and to offer me a solution. I also asked to chat with a human but was refused. Dreadful customer service.
