Very bad service. I don't like

This App saved me when I forgot to pay the phone bill and had to call my husband. Yes, we probably should be on autopay.

Worst customer service in that I have ever spoke to.
My mom's account was compromised by a hacker and the primary phone access has been kicked out.

OTP has been locked due to the hacker having so much time to DoS until the OTP is not accessible.

Contacted Whatsapp. They keep giving automated response and saying that I do not understand the question. After sending them all the videos and screenshots. They proceeded to close the ticket after 3 days. And chaser emails has been sent daily. I have the WhatsApp email trend if needed for investigation. WORST customer service. If there was a negative star I will select that

I find this app to be horrific. When I need to send a short timely message to someone or start a call, it frequently forces me to go through a lengthy update, and often the app store won't update the app when it says it can't be used until updated. Then there are the irritating QR code connections between desktop and mobile that are required to validate it, and half the time they don't work. I just wrote a lengthy 30 minute message to a business associate, added an image, and it deleted nearly all of the text.

Awful NSA type spyware, somehow they have outsourced the AI of Meta to another AI ? Absolutely trash. Zuckerberg is a creep too

It's my second time I've failed to restore backup messages from local, even the contacts that I saved through whatsap have gone. I tried to migrating whatsapp into another device with local backup in "databases" folder, but the new device failed to load it, and surprisingly, the backup file also got removed afterward. If whatsapp is not the most used chat platform in my country I wouldn't use this stupid app.

Bad application for business they close the account for no reason you lost costumers and data also if you run ads and they close account you lost your clients don't use it for business

I keep getting banned on WhatsApp for no reason. I "request review" and get unbanned within 8 hours. Then I message another person and get banned again. This is insane. Worst app in the world.

When using Telegram, sometimes notifications don't come properly.

I don't care about the other reviews. This is and always will be the best communication app out there.

Too many notifications in large groups can be annoying.

It is insecure. I was recently hacked after believing that someone contacting was a friend who'd also been hacked.
Their support service is infuriating and simply doesn't work. They should mandate 2 factor authentication if their primary security is so weak.
Hackers are now posing as me and trying to repeat the same trick to all my contacts. Very stressful experience and still unresolved.

If the internet is a little slow, the call quality will be poor.

I used to like WhatsApp but what it is turning into now,💔 it’s really getting out of hand I don’t know is it controlled by AI?🤷🏻

I got banned from WhatsApp more than 10 times now and the reason why it will shock you (for copying a message and pasting it to another chat) it’s called bulk messaging.

I think that’s bulls**t imagine I lost multiple accounts and an account I used for over 8 yrs because when I chat to my clients I usually copy and paste messages if I am being asked a price.

Now I got banned again same reason. Like it’s too much now and they don’t see the impact the are making slowly and slowly people with drift away from WhatsApp I rather use telegram now there’s a lot of apps that we can use to communicate or talk to our clients.

If you ask me I totally recommend DO NOT USE WhatsApp.‼️‼️‼️

WhatApp is not reliable. I have been sent messages that appear as delivered on the senders phone, but were never received on my phone. I contacted WhatsApp support, and they have nothing to say.

Great alternative to texting.

AWFUL... looses you text you have spent ages typing out if you switch to a different app on android and then come back and poof...all that time wasted... USE A DIFFERENT MESSAGING APP!

The platform is totally amateur. Someone sent me a 27Mb music file to use at a Funeral. I spent over an hour trying to find it once I downloaded it. I gave up in the end and they sent it via WeTransfer no problem. I am that close to removing Wattsapp from my phone as it is terrible!

stop hiring intern to develop the whole whatsapp dekstop, please hire a proper senior developer next time
