Use whats for dinner app to order all the time. Food always gets delivered high standard and in a quick time frame. Great delivery's service. A great service for someone who does not drive or just wants to relax for the evening🙂 couldn't recommend this app enough highly recommend👍

I placed an order n forgot to add drinks, I explained it to what’s for dinner, they sent another delivery of drinks only at no extra charge.

Ordered a takeout for the family yesterday and it arrived really promptly , food was piping hot and the driver was a lovely lad. Would highly recommend .

What’s for dinner is an absolute joke order is completely wrong when called to tell them and spoke on the chat explaining the contents they delivered which I did not order that the substituted it I’m allergic to the ingredients in the Diet Coke and they just didn’t care

Avoid. Food cold and half the order arrived

So bad delivery time, always 1.30h need to wait for food and when its arrives its cold.

We ordered at 6:38 and it did not arrive til 7:38 but the order was completed by McDonald’s at 6:49. Our food was stone cold when arrived and we only live 5min drive from McDonald’s. Will not be ordering on this delivery website again.

Absolutely disgusting service waiting almost 2 hours after spending over 40 euros to get cold food and Absolutely no apology..will never use thus service again

I have been using this company for 10+ years and over the past few years the operations staff have really tested my patience, with one rude and condescending guy in particular, takes no responsibility when in the wrong/ refuses to apologise. An example: I was apparently in the wrong the other night for having to wait 2+hours for my delivery as I did not answer my phone to give directions to the lost driver, REALLY?! Then to be told he couldn't look up my order as I didn't have an order number, what order number? they haven't sent me an "order number in 10 years"?!
Then I went on to send 2 emails( Had No reply) then 3 phone calls later managed to get my 10 Euro voucher emailed to me(my CHANGE for paying with cash btw) SIX DAYS AFTER MY PUCHACE! The only saving grace and consistent person in this company is Jarlath (delivery guy) Always so lovely.

Abysmal. After waiting for over an hour I checked my email only to learn that my order was cancelled shortly after being placed. I was simply informed. No reason or explanation was provided.
