If the option was a zero star that is what I would give them. Product was terrible and customer service was awful.

Cheap copies. Nothing like advertised. Shipping costs for returns $33. Another scam!!!

I bought three of the singing projection pumpkins, when i got the delivery, it was nothing but three dollar store plastic pumpkins that did nothing. the whaterstore web site looks like it no longer exists. now in out $81.00 for a three dollar item. i emailed them but no response. new rule number one in our house. no buying anything from instagram or facebook. theses online stores are total frauds.

I order 3 items and one was too small I emailed several times for a return slip or an address where to return no response. I will not be ordering from this site again so disappointed 😞

I ordered a sunshade from these people.I ordered it in may.I still haven't received it.On their website it states that they send their items with DHL or UPS.They sent it will China post to which I was outraged as they made me believe they were an American company.I have finally got a refund from PayPal. please be warned do not buy anything off these people and from what I've read their products are of bad quality.I wouldn't give these people one star but for me to write this review I had to.

Ordered from this site weeks ago , STILL haven’t received my order. These mfs won’t even respond to my email. IM DISPUTING THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK AS I TYPE THIS .

I'm so disappointed. I have contacted these people several times still nothing. I order 2 outfits for my birthday Feb 1 2020 ordered on January 22,2020 even payed extra for shipping total$69 still haven't heard nothing nor received my order. BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 8 outfits...I received 6. Everything that you order is "out of stock". They offer no replacement outfits nor refunds. Do not order from this company. I am reporting them to the BBB so that others will not order from here.

I wish I could rate -1 star. I ordered 2 tops size XXL and after waiting 30 days to receive my order I got 2 size L tops. I have unsubscribed their email address and will never ever order with them again.

ZERO STARS!!!!!This is the worst piece of clothing I have ever purchased. The neckline is sewn with puckers and not uniformly. The hem is not even all the way around. To top it off I was offered a 15% refund and I pay the shipping back to CHINA!!!!!
I think the reviews you are reading on their site must be bought and paid for!!!!
Wish I had searched further for reviews off their site.

Waited about 2 months for my product. Received it and it was very cheap in appearance and looked nothing like picture. When someone finally responded to my email about returning product, I was told that I will end up paying more to ship than what I paid for my order. Tried new website, never again. Truly unacceptable!! Dont waste your time!!!

I ordered 2 dresses on March 3( My Birthday) for a Cruise on this Saturday March 23; Emailed them 3 times and no response. Poor Customer Service and PayPal is returning my money. NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN AND I'M TELLING EVERYONE TO " NEVER " ORDER FROM this company........

My tye-dyed Champion outfit was like a cut off shirt I ordered 3x pants were big shirt small I wear a 16 and it’s completely see through I’m going to try to get my money back from PayPal also took a mouth come in!

The things I ordered was the right size and color. It came in less than 2 weeks I thought it would take longer cause it was the holiday. This is the 2 time I order from them and I have not had ant problems yet

clothing is cheap, they copy pictures and display as if the item is theirs and when you receive totally different than what is on the site.
