I was pretty desperate to get a new set of wheels for my Specialized Rockhopper having damaged the rear rim on my current wheel set. My local bike shop was not an option as I needed to be riding my bike asap. I found Wheelhut and they were very helpful in assisting me in picking the correct specifications for my bike. They had next day delivery also which was excellent. The wheels are very good quality and it was a simple job transferring to my bike. Out on the trail the wheels felt great and I have full confidence in them.
Wheelhut saved the day and allowed me to keep riding my bike.

Prompt customer service response which provided an accurate solution to my question. Wheels exceeded expectations - well built but not excessively heavy with smooth hubs. Arrived in quality packaging with axles, extra spokes etc. Installation instructions were provided. After several weeks of urban riding no sign of play or being out of true so spoke tension was good from the start. Free hub noise is industrial to say the least so you won’t be able to sneak up on anyone! Would definitely purchase again.

Ordered a wheelset together with a cassette, and without ever asking them they fit the cassette to the wheel, which saved me time and money too, as I don't have the tools to do that.
