Smaller quantities of bins are despatched on a next working day delivery, larger quantities, 4 wheeled bins and any adaptions may take a day or two longer to get to you. However you can always use the live chat, email or give us a call to get an ETA.
Wheelie bins is part of the established Jaydee Living Ltd group which was established in 2006 and has many thousands of happy customers. We have supplied the likes SSE, Cambridge University and Apple to name just a few.

Misleading Delivery Charges
Their delivery prices are completely misleading.
"Single Stack of 80/120/140/240 Litre Wheelie Bins - £16.00"
Try and order anything including a 240L bin and the price escalates to £55.75. They say this is because it needs to go on a pallet. Not what the delivery policy says. Wasted a lot of time and will now have to look elsewhere.
In response to the reply. Your website is misleading and your colleague stated delivery pricing entirely different to that published on the website. If there was confusion you caused it. Sort it out. Trustpilot is not your marketing tool. I had an experience with your business that you acknowledge and recorded it here. If you had said sorry, it was our error on the website, we'll fix it I'd have likely seen you as responsive to customer feedback. But you didn't. I didn't complete the order, which was ready to go and took me time to compile, because of the discrepancy between the website and your colleague. I can't be the only one who pulled out of an order due to that discrepancy. Treat this as an opportunity.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I can see that you haven't actually placed an order with us and our Trustpilot page is designed for customers to leave reviews of our service who have placed orders with us and therefore can review the whole service received.
Regarding the misleading delivery. We do have multiple pages on our website explaining how our deliveries work and the costs surrounding this. We are aware that the delivery costs are high and it is something we are constantly trying to improve, as a small family run business we have to use the best methods available for our customers but also us as a business. Due to the size of the bins and the weights, it is not possible to use certain courier services as they will refuse these larger items, therefore we have to use independent couriers or pallets for larger orders and this naturally costs more money.
My colleague did speak to you on the phone about this and was clear in explaining the costs and how your order would have to be dispatched, you weren't charged anything unknowingly as you didn't make a purchase, therefore I believe it is unfair to hand us a one star review which can have an adverse affect on us as a business when you didn't actually use us.
I think it would be more suitable to say you found the delivery prices confusing or perhaps suggest they were more expensive than you expected instead of suggesting they are misleading when we explained them to you very clearly over the phone so you wouldn't be mislead.

Your distribution partner was absolutely useless. It took nearly three weeks to receive our bins which were fine but I would not buy anything else from you if I had to deal with your forwarding agent again.

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced issues with our delivery partner. Having looked in to the tracking information for your order I can see that we dispatched your order on the 9th May and was received by yourself on the 21st May.
I understand that this is longer than anticipated but 8 working days is the total time it took, 12 days in total which is under two weeks, not nearly three weeks as stated.
I can see that you were in communication with our couriers and there were issues out of your control which I can only apologise for on their behalf. Had we received any communication regarding the failed delivery attempts/issues then we would have been happy to resolve this by sending out a new order via a different courier service to ensure you didn't have to wait any longer.
Our Trustpilot page is here to reflect our service as a business, our products and your experience purchasing through us. We will take into consideration what you have said about the delivery and we will be getting in touch with the couriers to prevent issues like this arising in the future but feel this review unfairly represents us.

Good bin
The price was competitive and the purchase was easy.
The delivery was great, driver advised when due for delivery snd followed instructions where to put it.
The bin is of solid construction AND came with its wheels already attached, which others I was looking at didn't.
As a note you can buy large bin liners to stop your bin from getting mucky and smelly.
Happy to recommend.

Ordering was easy however I was…
Ordering was easy however I was disappointed with the delivery. The bin was delivered to the billing address and not the shipping address which was mentioned on the invoice. It was collected quickly and then delivered to the correct address, but the instruction for delivery was not adhered to, the driver was asked to call 30 minutes before delivery so I could meet him to accept the delivery but he called me from the site so I had to release the code so he could access the car park for delivery. It was delivered and then left on the pallet, which I then had to arrange to be removed by another contractor. So overall not a pleasant experience, but my interaction with Kirsty in your office was fantastic, she would be the only reason I would choose to use your services again.
