Good communication and customer…
Good communication and customer service. I got infinite calls which was unnecessary to convince me, sometimes they are asking for the same thing I just responded to with the last customer service clerk. They also gave me an appointment for pick up, but didn’t show up. The second appointment worked though.
Overall, good experience, but they are a room to improve

Overly Cautious Slowed the Process
Communication was tough but it all worked out for the best and just as they said it would. I believe myself and Wheelzy were both being over protective of the situation. I was slow to provide information they requested out of fear of identity theft and they were cautious as I understand 50% of all titles they receive are not cleared making it tough on them. In the end my car was picked up and I received payment.

I had an F-150 with an engine problem
I had an F-150 with an engine problem. Wheezly still bought it and hauled it off. Made my job so much easier. Selling a vehicle is really simple when they take you through the process of it. I had my truck gone by the afternoon of the day I bought it.

The process was extremely easy. It was all online, text, or call. They gave me the best offer I could get for my junk car. There wasn't any spam messages. I was very pleased with the customer service from Wheelzy and the towing company that came to pick the car up.
