Check in was easy. Glad there was always someone in the lobby checking in on me. The place was nice and clean and in a perfect location for me right in between the loop and the west loop.

I will not book a stay anywhere without going through Whimstay first.

Had an easy time contacting the support, and they handled my issues quickly.

We were able to book only a week out from our trip and the condo was even better than it looked in the pictures.

I appreciate that I think this platform may offer lower prices than other room share sites, and I will say, both times I spoke to a representative they were extremely kind and friendly. The system itself is a bit clunky however, I never knew if I was emailing my host or whimstay or both, due to there not being an app it was all through email too, and as we all know emails can be missed, sent to spam. I would likely use the platform again, but it’s definitely not without its bugs to work out.

Customer service at Whimstay was top notch. Our host was not the easiest to deal with however Whimstay was great to deal with.

This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway!!! We will be back.

I had never used Whimstay before, but we needed to book a place relatively quickly for 3, and their price was quite a bit less than VRBO/ AirBnB. They were really easy to get ahold of, quick to answer me, and pleasant to deal with. The place and the price worked out really well for us. I have only good things to say. Thank you!

I was thrilled to find this site! I stayed in a beautiful condo in Isle of Palms that would have cost double on VRBO or Air BnB.

Accommodation is clean, compact and fully equipped as described. Choice of restaurants, parks and public transport nearby.
Main bedroom is on the road side so it could be noisy from the traffic. Access could do with some vacuuming and more security as both door to the road and the one at the top of the stairs were unlocked.

Price without added fees, ease of reserving with short notice.

Location was wonderful. Right in the heart of the theater district, a few blocks from MOMA. Lots of nearby restaurants and gelato shop. Had all we needed with 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen.

The process to book a unit on Whimstay was very easy. Communication was great and the process from the time I checked in until I checked out was seamless. The space I booked was well maintained and allowed quiet work while not at the convention. I will book through Whimstay for my next trip
