I bought and paid for trainers on line on 20th February. On 27th February I received an email advising that there would be a delay. I heard nothing further. 4 weeks after placing an order I contacted them by email to cancel the order and request a refund. Their presumably AI response invited me to use the returns process and advised the thread would be considered closed as resolved. They have now agreed a refund which I am waiting for. Shameful for a company like whistles

Fantastic service from Michelle and the Reigate store team - my much loved Bibi bag had an issue with the strap, they ordered a replacement into store which was collected today. Always brilliant service in this shop, love popping in for a browse as always made to feel so welcome

The best thing about popping into the Whistles store is the personal welcome you ALWAYS get - a friendly hello, a bit of chat as you are looking at an article - not sales mad focus, but an actual human connection. Excellent customer service. Ordered a coat in the sale, quick delivery and well packaged. Beautiful wool blend long coat, received lots of compliments.
A few days later disappointed to find a further discount of 20% off sale items. Contacted customer service by their web chat and requested a price match, didn’t hear back from them after 10 days -so contacted them again today via their web chat. Their advisor Niamh quickly sorted out the refund for the price difference, no quibble, very pleased with the outcome.
Will shop at Whistles again and will recommend for excellent customer service.

Ordered a bag. After waiting for it to be shipped to Canada, paying taxes and fees, was sent a completely different bag. The one I actually ordered is sold out now. If this is what I can expect, I will NEVER buy anything from Whistles again.

I can't even seem to get ahold of customer service to return the item as we don't have DHL where I live.
They also want to charge me $51.15 for the return on top of everything !!
