Ordered a bag. After waiting for it to be shipped to Canada, paying taxes and fees, was sent a completely different bag. The one I actually ordered is sold out now. If this is what I can expect, I will NEVER buy anything from Whistles again.

They also want to charge me $51.15 for the return on top of everything !!

Kay was great, and sorted it all for me. However, overall the Whistles experience wasn’t good. I kept having to email & when I didn’t get a reply I went on the live chat instead. Sadly I can’t shop in person anymore as my local branch (Ringwood) was closed down. Just not the same being able to try on & send to store.

The staff in Harrogate store are great . Never would’ve sourced the black barrel leg jeans without help as they weren’t the pair I thought would suit me . The jeans themselves are fab ,having no waist at all & very slim hips/thighs I struggle to find a fit but these higher waisted than previous try ons are perfect 👌

I was looking for a dress for a wedding and looking in many shops on the high street. The dress I tried on in Whistles was the first that made me feel comfortable wearing it. The fabric and make feels good quality and it drapes well.

I placed an order and asked for next day delivery.
Unfortunatley what I ordered was out of stock and a refund was issued. The next day delivery charge wasn't refunded. By using their easy to use web chat the transport charge was refunded and a good will gesture included. Well handled Molly!

A very rewarding shopping experience. The shop assistant Julie was very helpful with giving me advice on clothes size and colours. She gave me a lot of alternative sizes and styles to try. I came away with a lovely and very useful outfit gor going travelling. 👌

What a hopeless company when ordering on line. I placed an order at the start of this month for x3 items and only one arrived. When I eventually got a response from customer services I was told that their records suggest that all three of the items had been sent out. After ‘investigations’ I was refunded for the outstanding amounts and given a code for next day delivery ie if I wanted to reorder the items. Sadly by this stage one of the items was no longer available. Stupidly I placed a further order and yet again, only one of the items arrived. Same response, Whistles system recorded that both items had been sent out…now refunded and yet again free next day delivery code. Am I likely to complete this game all over again? No way! I haven’t got time to keep ordering from such a disorganised company.

Appalling. I ordered a pair of trainers on Friday 13th Feb with delivery due Wednesday 18 - Friday 20th Feb. With no dispatch email received on the Thursday 19th Feb i made contact - only to be told there was a stock issue (would have been nice if they’d informed me first before I made contact) and they’d arrive the following week. I said that was too late and to cancel - i was told that i need to wait for dispatch so they can do a return to sender and issue a refund.
I contacted them a second time on Tuesday 24th Feb to say i cannot continue to wait with no update on dispatch when my money was taken on 16th Feb. The online chat agent (Emily) was of no use, saying again they can’t refund till dispatched and returned back to themselves and i asked again when they’d be dispatched - with a reply given of wait another 48hrs! So i continue to wait while they can’t fulfil orders and have had my money since 16th Feb.
I also selected to email a copy of the chat to myself - and those chats conveniently expire so you have no record of the chat.
I have today issued a dispute and chargeback request via my credit card provider. Truly appalling and i would never ever shop at Whistles and advise anyone else the same.
How lovely to shop in person in Bath. We were given just the right amount of space and support as we tried things on. I am delighted with my purchases too!

I found a blouse I liked but my size was not available on the rack. However, one of the staff kindly offered to check the stock room, found my size which fitted perfectly. Job done!
