Kept me updated on Back Ordered product
Nice communication since the product was back-ordered from the manufacturer. Greatly appreciated Abraham going the extra mile on a Friday to find out what the status was, and even more so when I got the email from him a # of days later letting me know that it had shipped and my tracking # was! Not often do I find vendors that have employees who actually follow-up, and just wanted to let you know how well you all did!
