I would like to say a big thanks to Simpson’s

I would like to say a big thanks to Simpson’s Jet of Whitby and especially to Derek. I bought myself a pair of earrings from this shop last year whilst I was on holiday but recently lost an earring. I was guttered they were my first pair of jet earrings and as a carer for my daughter I don’t always get the chance to treat myself plus we had a lovely day so had some lovely memories. I messaged Derek and he said he could make me just one earring to match the one I had left. It arrived today and I am beyond overjoyed. I cannot praise Simpsons enough.

Thank you again would definitely recommend.

Jet Earrings

The ordering and delivery were easy and quick. The jet earrings are beautiful and exactly the same as the description and picture. An excellent company to deal with. Thank you.

I lost an ear ring which I purchased on…

I lost an ear ring which I purchased on a Girls holiday Feb 2025 I was waiting for it to turn up which it never did I was gutted I emailed Simpson's of Whitby where I purchased my ear rings I was made up with reply I received from Derek he was able to sort one out for me I received my ear ring a week later

I'm not sure why you would think this item is expensive as we are keenly priced compared to our competitors, plus we give great customer service as you would see if you look over any of the other reviews left.

Whitby Jet is a unique stone hand gathered & handmade, we use solid Sterling silver or Gold & all our items to ready to gift in our branded boxes with a gift tag, bag & leaflet with a brief history of Whitby Jet.

If you are not happy with the item for whatever reason please send it back for a full refund minus any postage, we offer an extended returns policy for the Christmas period

First class experience

Derek communicated with me beautifully and created exactly the present I wanted for my wife here in Australia. This is the second such experience. I wish all companies responded and delivered with the same friendliness and professionalism.
