On time arrival. Very efficient and helpful.

Fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough. The team from the London branch led by Leon: Julian, Jorge, Nathan and France worked tirelessly to make our move as smooth as possible. They were efficient, careful, considerate and always cheerful and positive even coming back a third day to help reassemble furniture. Leon in particular went out of his way to ensure things ran smoothly. Highly highly recommend! Thank you

I have to highly commend the service I received from this company. I was really nervous beforehand as this was a major move for me with many items covering 3 decades of stuff! The company made it pain free. Utter professionalism from beginning to end point. Stuart and Kevin in particular were exceptional in reducing my anxiety as their competency, expertise and professionalism was experienced by me throughout. I really felt they cared about what they do and that made me trust them. I moved from London to Yorkshire (my home town) and they made it so much less daunting than it could have been. Variation in packing of boxes. There was a definite difference in packing. We had some boxes which were securely packed & others which had no packing material to secure .
The damage to the two pieces of statement furniture, although covered by insurance, is a considerable inconvenience due to the time it will take to get a replacement & the £50 admin fee grates.
Saying that the staff were very pleasant.

We had previously had a very bad removal experience with another Company but through every stage of this process, White & Company have been fantastic. Great communication and the team on the day could not have been more helpful and took the greatest care of our possessions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Moving from Lancashire to Norfolk could have been a logistical nightmare, but Kevin ML, Miya J and Oscar R somehow turned it into something almost enjoyable.

Kevin ran the operation with all the precision of a drill sergeant—clear instructions, constant communication, and an obvious commitment to looking after his team as well as our belongings. If there was a moving equivalent of military manoeuvres, Kevin was definitely in command.

Miya may have been new, but you’d never have guessed it. Capable, hardworking, and quite possibly the UK's undisputed Folding Blanket Champion.

And Oscar? I’m still not entirely convinced the laws of physics apply to him. For someone who looked so young, his strength was genuinely astonishing.

Together, they made a stressful move far more palatable and took great care of us over all three days. A brilliant team and a credit to the company. Highly recommended!

Extremely helpful company, from visits to assess and quote, and the team of Jason, Kevin, and Steve on the day. They took great care with our belongings, diligently wrapping paintings and furniture. Highly recommend.

The team who came to move us to Forres were brilliant. They arrived when they said they would and they never stopped, their work ethic was faultless, working very much as a team. Kev, Miya, Bob (day 1) & Riley (day 2) were an excellent team and kept my husband and i totally entertained with their banter and laughter! However, my husband wondered if we would get discount in view of Kev’s singing!!!! Cracking team, and not at all demanding on the “brew” front! Martin and Melissa back at base were also excellent keeping us abreast of everything. A good choice made choosing Whites. Thank you!

Excellent service from the start of our overseas moving experience. From the helpful office staff , answering any queries we had quickly and their knowledge of French systems was really helpful .
The moving crew were so professional, caring and helpful from the moment I opened the door !
