Shirt is so cute but sizing is terrible - like I should have gone up 2 sizes. Never again ordering from this company.

Ordered two shirts for breast cancer awareness month for my sister and niece who are fighting cancer. It took forever to get the shirts. It never did show delivered yet I got a sticker from my post office I had a package I owed shipping on. Come to find out they put a fraudulent label on my package, so I had to pay shipping a second time. The post master said it was an invalid return address so if I was to refuse it, it wouldn’t be returned to anyone so I probably wouldn’t get a refund. So I paid it. I emailed them and now leaving a bad review. I don’t know how people like this sleep at night. I wish I read the reviews before ordering!
Update- I reached out to them and they refunded my extra shipping cost.

Absolutely loved the style and fit! A little more color variety would be nice. Overall, happy with this purchase!

Placed an order 9/21 and it's 10/7 and have not received a t-shirt that is to be worn for October as it says we wear pink in October!

If I could give this company a negative 10 review I would. DO NOT be fooled. This is NOT a US company nor do they accept returns.
I purchased 3 breast cancer awareness shirts from them. First the shipping was tracking in Ireland and then it was shipping from China? Make ZERO sense. I finally recieved the shirts and they are too large for my daughters. So I have been communicating with so called "whitecloth" that is actually, deaOiuyWyyhhn Co.,Ltd, and they offerd me $5 to keep them!!! This was insulting to me. These shirts cost me $57.47 not including shipping! They are in the original , unopened, packaging, which they wanted a picture of, and they offered me $5! I have zero use for these shirts, they will go in the donate pile.
I'm so mad at myself for falling for this so called Christian Company!!

I purchased 3 Breast cancer shirts and threw 3 of them in the trash, Very poor quality and not as pictured. One I threw away looked like a XXL when I ordered a Med. It looked stretched out and it had a lot of threads hang off it. I'm not happy with this company-never again!!

I will update my review if and when I receive my products. I ordered 9/21 for breast cancer awareness month and I am still waiting for my product.

Finally got my “sweater” from white cloths. Totally fraud. I got a shirt that is basically a t-shirt with a design to look like a sweater for $62 including postage. Bought it for a gift but too embarrassed to give it to that person.
Don’t waste ur money with this company. No way is this company legit and is unscrupulous in its marketing!!!

Ordered two sweaters. Better look closely they are thin cheap pullovers with a printed pattern. Too embarrassed to wear them.

If I could give no star, I would. Since the middle of August, I’ve been waiting for my product to arrive. First, it’s in Ireland, New York, then China. I’ve spent over $70. This is a major ripoff. I would advise not to shop here. I will continue until my questions are answered.

I found these earrings to be quite charming without being overly flashy. The quality is good, with no noticeable imperfections. Shipping took about two weeks, which is reasonable. They add a delightful touch to my outfits. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

I purchased (2) pairs of sneakers on one order 8,21.24 & (3) pairs of sneakers on one order. When I could not track the orders, I emailed support on 9.17.24. I was told I only had one order (2) pairs & they did not have an order with (3) pairs. At this time, I was sent a link with tracking number & was able to track package which had NOT left their warehouse facility. On 9.25.24, over a month later, I received ONE pair of sneakers & it should have been (2) pairs. I immediately emailed with pictures of package received (1) & no one will respond. I am Contacts's BBB, regarding this company's unfair business practices & disputing the with my cc company. This experience was a NIGHTMARE! WARNING: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY-UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT SHOP OR ORDER FROM WHITECLOTH.COM!

I ordered 2 tshirts. They never arrived. When I told them of this they said that I would have to get the money back from the shipping company. I did not order from the shipping company, I ordered through Whitecloths and they darn sure took the money out of my account! I want my money back from Whitecloths, not the shipping company! If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have.

If I could have rated “no star” I would have. I ordered an item 8/20/24. To date (9/26/24) I haven’t received it yet. The tracking information looks suspicious, and there is no customer support. My mistake, I’m usually careful. Beware when you see their ads on Facebook.

If I could give them zero stars I would, the 4 shirts were poor quality and smaller in size than the normal XL, the site says you can return for a full refund but since July they have been giving me the runaround and not refunding my money but instead offering me 25 dollars for my troubles. I am telling everyone that can hear me to NOT order anything from this site, it is not worth your time or money. Just don't do it!

Their sizing is way off! And there are no returns. I ordered mediums and they look like XL t shirts. Not happy with them and will not order again. They say they are a US company, I doubt that.

Sent wrong item but insisted it’s what ordered. I requested an exchange and they first offered me $4 “compensation” then offered $6 “compensation” as a “goodwill gesture”. Would not do an exchange. The product itself is poorly made and super lightweight material. No way it will last. Scam company. L

completely fraudulent, no delivery, no excuse, just take money and have no recourse, an illegitimate company not to be trusted, enjoy the money you sucked from honest customers..

Ordered over a month ago. It was in Austria for over 2 weeks. They stopped sending updates. I guess that money is gone because when I tried to reach customer service, I got an email back that was the update email I had already received.

Will not buy from them again.

Ok. 09/26- no package and no more updates…. Damn. I’ll miss that money!

Their page says “Made in USA”. So why was it shipped from China?!?!

Keep emailing support. They refuse to address my request for a refund. They keep sending me tracking numbers as a response and told me “it will be there in days.” WTH does that mean?!

I just ordered the ghost breast cancer awareness shirt. It was on sale for $17.99 with $8.00 shipping totaling $26.99 at checkout. I got an email saying my credit card total charged was $32.99. What a scam this company is. I am waiting to see if they contact me to let me know why I was charged even more. I hope it gets delivered in a decent time frame to wear during the month of October. Time will tell. Don’t believe I will be ordering from this company again
