Their sizes are not true too the size. Size chart is totally wrong. If you want to exchange they will tell you that they don't have it in stock. And then they tell you to gift it to a friend.

Their site has
"EASY RETURNS" on every piece of clothing that you pick to order. The sizes on the size chart do not match up to what to what you pick.

When I first contacted them with this problem they asked me to take pictures of the barcodes or the QR code on the package with the clothes in it. I did just that, as they asked and was waiting for a return label. Instead I got an email saying that I could gift them to friends. That they wouldn't exchange cuz there's nothing in the warehouse.

I've asked for instructions to send them back. Still have heard nothing. I spent a lot of money in this store and thought it would be a place that I would normally continue to order from. Nope
Never again, I feel robbed.

I bought this cute pair of earrings and its mostly fine. It took about two weeks to arrive, which was a bit longer than expected. The quality is decent for the price. Not super impressed, but not too disappointed either.

After waiting almost 6 weeks for the merchandise I ordered to arrive, it is crap torn around neck and sewing it all messed up. I am so disappointed. This was supposed to be made in the USA but it was shipped from Belgium not the USA. I will not recommend or purchase anything else from them

I ordered a sweatshirt and two T-shirts. Quality of sweatshirt was below what I would expect for the price. I ordered both T-shirts size large, according to the sizing guides. One fit me very well, but the other was far too tight.After numerous back-and-forth emails the best they would offer me was a refund of about 1/3 what I paid. They insisted they sent the correct size, not seeming to understand that my complaint was with their sizing chart. The shirt was labelled size large, but it was definitely not a large.

I ordered 3 tops that were to profit Maui victims. They were way too large, none were the material I’d expected. I emailed for instructions to return so I could exchange for smaller. They refused, saying they’d sent the correct requested product, offered me 8USD! That is not good business!!

I bought from here thinking I was supporting a “made in the USA” Christian based shop.
It says shipped from USA.. however…

Trying to get it cancelled immediately has now taken a week….still not sure if it happened it took them 5 days to respond….. (did not happen)
They told me to wait to return until I received it
After I revived it and saw that my cardigan was a photo of lambs on polyester not actually a cardigan at all I emailed they to get a return authorization. They wanted a photo of my order.. sent them one…They told me it was not returnable because it was what I ordered
I would not recommend this shop they make it look like a mom and pop shop but it’s definitely not that….
After all this I looked them up more closely and saw it was a not a place to buy from… Just not as it appears

Then days later they changed their minds and wanted to charge $20-$30 (stated in their email) for shipping it back
Had already paid -$14 for shipping

Their return policy was very contrary to all the back and forth emails

I received a scam alert from my bank as soon as I ordered I should have trusted this allert

I order a pair of sneakers they send me a defective item they refused to exchange them for a item with no defective . They offer me $6 I contact them again telling them I'm not asking foroney , just for a good pair of snickers not defective I sent them a picture of the item. Now they want to send me $8. This is not going anywhere. Please don't waste your money on this company is an ripped off.

I ordered a long sleeve shirt and a pair of leggings. The shirt decal was rubbed off in a couple spots. I contacted customer support, and they sent me a form letter offering me 3 USD to compensate for my issue. I wrote back that the proper course of action is to return a defective product and the company should replace with a new one. They sent back the SAME letter, this time offering 5 USD. I took the money the second time, realizing this wasn't going to result in a proper replacement. I even included photos of the shirt. I would not order from them again. And I wouldn't suggest others do either.

Where do I start? I ordered one of the Maui Sweatshirts that say they are made in the USA and proceeds go to Maui Strong. The order says it is being shipped from Sweden? If made in the USA and shipped to an address in the USA why is it coming from Sweden? They told me they have many warehouses to ship from, NOT! They would not answer my question as to how much will go to Maui String and how much has already been given to Maui Strong. It seems that this company is a total scam and they are profiting off the grief of a community that is recovering from a wildfire that destroyed Lahaina. This is simply disgusting. I should have known better! Lesson learned.

received my items but they run small i am not paying to speak with someone thats ridiculous i am unable to switch sizes this place is not worth the wait or product i am not crazy about the material either items looks so nice on line but not as it seems not very happy with how they do business

This is a scam at the worst.. I ordered a pair of shoes.. I got my receipt for 53.00 dollars .. Price of the shoes and shipping. My credit card was billed for 63.00 dollars... Tried to contact them through the web site... Thats a joke You can't contact them...If I return the item I'll e chargd 30% restocking.. Per the web site... HUGH mistack to order from them

No way to post zero stars. Where do I start? American flag “suggests” made in USA. Nope. I bought a blouse within my “here’s what I’m willing to lose” budget from the Linen and Cotton category. Nope, again. Blouse has no tags…no fabric content, no laundry instructions, not even a size! But I know linen and cotton. This isn’t. Shipped from Italy where it spent over a week in customs. Italy? Yup! When I received it, return address was Chicago. Why would it go there? Not even going to try to return. Too many “nopes”! I’ll wear it to walk the dog.

The packaging was truly impressive. It arrived in a sturdy, well-padded box that protected it from any possible damage. On opening the box, I found the hat wrapped in tissue paper, showing they took extra care to maintain its pristine condition. The attention to detail was extraordinary. It was exactly as described. Overall, a perfect shopping experience. I'm beyond satisfied.

I bought the turtle slacks and they r pitiful. The large size would fit a 12 year old skinny girl. Material is so thin my butt cheeks would be hanging out. This has turtles all over and the picture only showed turtles sporadically on the legs. I DO NOT recommend buy from this company and it also took forever to get here. Judy Britt

If I could give them zero stars I would. After weeks my order finally came. 4 XL Tshirts. None of them fit. At best they were size large in the USA.. The quality of graphics was below average and I requested a refund, they are offering me 22.00 credit and not allowing me to return the shirts. Don’t buy from these folks.

I ordered three 4th of july shirts, it took almost a month to get them. And when they arrived they said 3xl but fit more like a xl and did not look anything like their picture. Material was awful.

Cheap crap from China. Deceived by the website into thinking I was buying items made in the USA and they would not accept a return. The beautiful stars and stripes tank which looked like it ĥad some leather embellishments ended up being 100% polyester with terrible stitching and workmanship.

a great buying experience - I am a satisfied customer. The delivery was prompt and the hat was carefully packaged. It's comfortable to wear and the material feels very durable. I am glad that I made this purchase. I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the Vintage Unisex Hat.
