I purchased a dress online
I purchased a dress online. I was informed the next day by email, with apologies, that my size wasn’t now available but that the sizes were very generous and advised to try a size smaller. I asked for the smaller size to be sent and the staff offered to pay any return postage cost if it didn’t fit. The dress arrived promptly and fits perfectly.

Great Customer Service
Parcel arrived on time, but sadly the items didn’t suit so had to return. Spoke to customer service who were very helpful, especially when the returns address wasn’t identified by Evri, so parcel sent off with 🤞. A few days later parcel arrived safely and refund dealt with efficiently. Great service thank you.
