No High Pressure Sales
While having less than stellar credit, I thought that a credit repair service was my only option. When I reached out, I met Mike Morones. As he took my information and background, I was skeptical that he was trying to sell me his company's services. And then he tells me that "Our services aren't warranted for your situation." He gave me some guidance that I wasn't aware of, and things are looking better.
Edit: I didn't expect such honesty.

Helped when no one else could!
Where to start. There was nobody that I talked to that could help with my Credit situation, that’s until I was introduced to Sally Odum with White,Jacob’s & Associate. Working with Sally was time consuming but worked out in a very positive way. They were able to get my credit situation taken care of and I am very grateful for that. Amazing customer service
Matthew Licka & Lacey Dunaway are awesome. They are currently helping me sort a credit crisis. No phone calls nor emails are left unanswered and are usually answered same day. They are very detailed about the process of fixing my credit including time frame, documents, what to do, what not to do, etc... Although credit repair is stressful, I am enjoying working with both Matthew and Lacey.

My experience was great! The follow up from the team when I was unresponsive for weeks was what I needed to face this head on. I worked with Daniel, and we outlined future goals, and a targeted system to get my credit in the direction I need it to go in order for me to own a home, and then a business. HIGHLY SATISFIED!!

Credit savior
If you’re having credit issues, call Clint at White Jacobs. He looked at my reports and said he could help me out but I didn’t need their program. With his FREE Advice, my scores went up between 81 and 98 points in 60 days! He even called to check on me a couple of times even though I wasn’t a client.

Do not hire White Jacobs to repair your credit! I was contacted by Mike who convinced me to hire them to repair my credit. Days after I hired them his assistant Kameron contacted me stating that they sent my dispute letter out and they would contact me Oct 3, 2023, to give me an update. The next day Mike called me and said he would contact me Oct 13, 2023. This had me wondering why was I getting two different dates from people who work closely together. I then sent Kameron an email asking if they sent my dispute letters by certified mail and I also wanted a copy of the dispute letters. She responded by saying yes. Two weeks went by and I did not receive any notification from the credit bureaus stating disputes were opened. I then became concerned that letters were not sent out. So, I contacted Kameron requesting a copy of the certified mail receipt and dispute letters. This is the response she provided:
Goodmorning Mrs. Annette, we sent your first-round letters out on 8/30. We are not permitted to allow the client to have a copy of the audit letters due to copyright infringement. My apologies.
Unfortunately, we don't send our clients the letters that we send out and we don't send out the mail receipts due to protection policy. My apologies for any inconvenience.
I then realized I was scammed and contacted both her and Mike making them aware of my discovery. I am in the process of contacting as many consumer protection agencies as I can so that other consumers will not lose $998 for the first-time fee and then $115 a month. I am so devastated because they both came across like they were really caring and concerned about helping me with repairing my credit. I wonder how they ever received glowing reviews that I assume former clients have left. Protect your money and do not hire White Jacobs to repair your credit. I think they were trying to keep me on the subscription for as long as possible.

In fact, we were achieving a significant level of results (multiple deletions) in the 1st Round of the process (out of 4 Rounds) before you decided to halt our service. Since the onset, we've been committed to delivering the credit repair assistance outlined in our agreement with you. The owner of our company personally engaged in discussions to resolve your concerns, demonstrating our dedication to customer satisfaction. However, the resolution process is complicated when personal parameters, differing from our established practices, are insisted upon.
In regard to the conflicting dates of communication - please understand that your file is being handled by multiple professionals to ensure comprehensive coverage, which may occasionally result in overlapping communication dates. This is part of our thorough approach to managing your case, aiming to provide you with the best possible service. Our team's varied expertise contributes significantly to the effectiveness of our credit repair process.
Regarding your request for copies of audit letters, while we confirm that these were indeed sent out, our policy restricts us from providing clients with copies due to copyright and protection policies. This does not, in any way, imply that the necessary actions on your behalf were not taken. We operate with complete transparency within the bounds of legal and professional standards.
To be clear, our program is structured as a comprehensive service with a maximum duration of six months, not a subscription model. We do know that other companies engage in an "ongoing" type of service where payment is recurring indefinitely. Our service is completed at the six-month mark. This design ensures that we provide focused and time-bound credit repair support tailored to each client's unique situation. The goal is to offer a complete solution within this time frame.
Finally, we want to clarify that we do not engage in spamming or any unethical business practices. Steve Tansey boosted me to an 801 FICO score
I've worked with Steve Tansey at White Jacobs & Associates for 10 years. Not only did he help me go from not having a credit score at all (No Record Found on my FICO). I purchased everything with cash. In a few months, Steve had my score to 740 and eventually to 801. I'm a Real Estate investor and referred many of my Real Estate Investor friends to Steve Tansey to help them out as well. I highly recommend calling Steve when you are looking to improve your personal credit score.
