I’ve been working with Reggie for a year now. My credit score was in the low 600 and now we are working our way to 750 or better.

Edgar and his team have been excellent in their direction on what to tackle and how to proceed. Results have exceeded my expectations and I'm thankful for their support.

When I started with White, Jacobs & Associates August 2020, my credit score was in the low 500's. As of today, October 2021, I have a credit score of over 700 and was recently approved for an FHA loan at 2.25%. If you are looking for a change, you have found the right company. My success is thanks to Salley Odum. She was beyond helpful. I followed her direction, made sure I did everything she asked and it paid off! Extraordinary employee at an Extraordinary Company. Thank you!!

Andrew has been fantastic in his direction on what to tackle and how to proceed. His knowledge is unsurpassed. I have spoken to other companies and no one has been able to give me the insight that Andrew has. Not only have we developed a working relationship, we have developed a friendship. I would recommend that if you want someone you can trust call Andrew. Don’t Wait or it may be to Late.

UPDATE!!!!!!!
I started working with Steve Tansey in 2018. At the time, my credit score was in the mid-500s: After completing the program at White Jacob’s & Associates, my score jumped by upwards of 200 points. After finishing the program, I followed Steve’s advice for post program success. I now have an 800 FICO Score, a platinum & gold Amex card with a new Corvette that was a breeze to purchase at the dealership. Thanks, Steve you are truly the credit Professor.

Addressing credit issues for me has always been a challenge. Fortunately Jenna and White, Jacobs and Assc are tackling the issue for me. Within the first month they already began work on multiple accounts, very quick and professional.

My sister recommended that I get in contact with Roman Macias and that he would help me repair my credit. When I first started the program my credit score was at a 544 and now I am at a 664. Roman was so easy to work with, he takes the time to explain everything to you. He even explains how to take care of your credit going forward. I really did learn a lot from him. I highly recommend that you get in touch with Roman if you are interested in repairing your credit. He is very good at what he does and is very knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with my results.

I have used this company to improve my credit scores for refinancing. They have been excellent to work with, and more importantly, effective in increasing all my credit scores well into the 700's and the range needed for my loans. I have had nothing but positive interactions with Steve, who has continued to help me even after they delivered on all of the contracted services. He has given me all kinds of good advice, and has done so with good humor and his engaging personality.

I am still in the process and working towards my score. It was 550 and now 613. We have been at it for many months and I have had to settle on the ones that I was taken to court on. That is something you need to think about is if they take you to court over your debt they can not help you with that. Overall it has been an improvement and I do not know if it will get better from here with time because I find it hard to read the portal. The portal says they are working on it and I believe them but not a lot of communication other than that. I do wish they would drop an email once a month with an update and an outlook. Maybe letting the customer know we are about to start the 3rd round and we should see some more information next month ect...

I have sent emails to my agent and he has been very nice and professional and maybe there is no information to give as they sit and wait for the paperwork to come back but I would like more info for the money I pay in my opinion. I will update when it is all complete and let everyone know if it all worked out as planned.

Chris at White, Jacobs & Associates has been a tremendous asset in getting our credit corrected and fixed. My wife and I went from a hopeless situation thinking that we will never attain the financial freedom we want, since we were getting docked with high interest "punishment" on anything credit or finance related. My previous attempts at getting my credit repaired had failed until I became a client of White, Jacobs, and Associates. In a few months' time, we saw our scores go up and our credit improve. Chris made it very clear to me that this is a two-way process. Communication is the key, and ensuring correspondence from creditors is passed to him to review and process is the key. We followed all his advice and saw the inaccuracies getting removed from our credit. Now we are homeowners. When I came to White Jacobs and associates my credit score was a 587 as I was attempting to purchase a home. The credit analyst, Zack Sandoval, helped me with every question I had and got my credit score to a 630. I am now in the process of closing on my home eight months later. I really appreciate their services and the customer service received throughout this process. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to repair their credit and help reach their dreams.

Omg what a waste of money & time. I could of used that money to settle the disputes. I have never been more disgusted in my life. No one gives me statuses or follow ups, not so much as a plan of action or portal. Then you are on the line with no promises or guarantees. My score dropped with them. All they did was open a bunch of disputes and dispute remarks. It’s a SCAM to take people money they know from day one they are not going to help repair your credit. Please spare yourself a VERY EXPENSIVE lesson. You can do a better job yourself.
