Ordered 3 fire extinguishers at a cost of £237 for next day delivery nearly 3 weeks ago. Received confirmation email plus further email a day later telling me how important my order was, etc. Since then I have received no response from email queries and numerous phone calls

James has been amazing sorting out my order personally. Product is exactly what I needed.

James has helped us out at Cantley Scouts no end. Since opening our new building, being new to all fire safety laws we didn't have a clue what we were doing. (It certainly isn't as easy as putting an extinguisher on the all) James came in and explained everything and guided us through what we needed to do, and he's been on hand throughout the year to assist with anything. We had our first visit from the fire service team to review our practices, and they were amazed how thorough everything was, all down to James, top man, would definitely recommend.
