Amazing service, called at 8pm with a situation, full tank and backed up. Were out within the hour and sorted the issue. Excellent operative who really knew his stuff. Impressed all round to be honest.

First class service. Driver was punctual, cheerful and informative. Also very thorough, checking the secondary cover to ensure all was well. I’ll always use Whitkirk as I have in the past.

The booked time slot could not be met due to problems at the disposal points.
Once on site the job went well.
However the timing is critical at Eastfield Farm as the access to 11 houses is blocked when the tanker is on site. If updates on the changed time slot could have been provided this would have helped .
