Truly Dedicated And Careing Support Team

I have more than my share of tech issues in trying to master website ownership. I would never make it without the support, guidance and going above and beyond normal service, that Ani, Sanika and Peter provide me each time I need help. I know that on several occasions they did far more to help me than could be expected. Most would just give instructions and tell me to get it done myself. But this team, so often, chooses to give me the benefit of the doubt and do much of the heavy lifting for me. It is nice to have the confidence of knowing they have my best interest in mind, and are dedicated to my success.

If a Zero stars was an option

If a Zero stars was an option, that is what Wholsale2B deserves. The operation is a total scam, which is a shame, as they have good product offerings. Dealing with them will cost you your sellers reputation. Operations are apparently overseas, which means ANY transaction is +1 day at a minimum. DO NOT sign up for this service.

Note to public, when a quick response is given to poor feedback, take notice. See how there is a blame being assessed. I am not sure where RMA was mentioned. My statement was in regard to the operation as a whole.

I checked your Wholesale2B account and I could see that you have processed 18 orders with us so far, out of which only 1 order was raised with an RMA request. I checked the RMA request and could see that the supplier wasn't being cooperative with the return and it took too much of your time to process the return.

I understand your frustration but please know that Wholesale2B is a mediator between you and the supplier, with no control over supplier's return policies and processes. In this case, however, the supplier required additional documentation and after reviewing these, they deemed that the refund was ineligible. In spite of this, we went an extra step and issued full refund back to your mode of payment. For future orders, we've also made it a point to avoid dealing with this particular warehouse.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, Wholesale2B has been nothing but transparent with you. We're primarily based in the USA, and our support team requires 1 business day to answer your queries because we answer them directly, without any middlemen - which means we answer the tickets as well as make improvements to the system too.

You've been successfully using the eBay integration in Wholesale2B and I believe we could continue our association and we'd do our best to mitigate any issues in the future.

Once again, thank you for using Wholesale2B. We're grateful.

MUST READ FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY I WILLSH I READ THE REVIEWS IN THE START

What a joke of a company, I’ve been using them since around September and boy it’s done nothing but cost me money and damage my reputation on eBay for over 30+ orders cancelled over December, they also like to randomly list products multiple times once at a profit to us the seller and then once at at a loss to the seller but they are always in profit and I keep being told issues are fixed absolute bullshit SCAMMERS come to mine absolutely baffles me how they list products at a price of a loss to the seller, an order just placed on my eBay has cost me £15+ for no god dam reason this has happened multiple times now and it’s 100% there doing as they done the pricing on the products 2 weeks ago when they last told me the issue was resolved, also my pack was for the UK market place and all products wear supposed to come from Uk as advertised well that’s bollocks too because most of my orders wear coming from France over November/december DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it seems all they are is a middle man and they place your orders with the actual dropshippers once the product has sold on eBay orders take days to get processed and days to get delivered, my account was outstanding for 2+ years until I joined these clowns I’ve now got multiple negative feedback and my account is now below standard because of all the cancelled orders and late processing times and delivery, it’s now going to damage me more by looking for a new supplier but I’d rather give my customers the experience they should be getting not dealing with late processing times and late deliveries and being lied to on listings about wear the item is coming from honestly it’s an absolute shambles of a company, if I was you the intended user I would bypass wholesale2b and just go to the suppliers they use directly because they are all out there and you can create accounts with the supplier directly because all wholesale2b are is the middle man connecting you with the products when you can bypass wholesale and go to the suppliers directly and cut out all the bull shit lies and costly errors from wholesale2b and half the wait times for deliveries and order processing because you won’t have these clowns interfering in the middle which is what I’ll now be looking into 10000% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOT IF YOU VALUE YOU BUSINESS AND CUSTOMERS

Please allow me to address the issues mentioned in the review one at a time.

About the canceled orders, I see that we had to cancel 14 of your orders (and not 30+) due to items being out of stock - which happened due to supplier issues which we took time to resolve from our end. Also, the last canceled order for your account was on November 29th, 2024, which was before we applied the fix for inventory updates.

About duplicate listings, we did show you with proof that only one listing was uploaded to your eBay account, and there were no duplicates. You can find these proofs in the support tickets we answered.

About eBay fees, we do not have a control over fees charged to you by eBay, however, we do show you a generalized idea of how much that would be and calculate the profits for your products based on that. I doubt there were losses, but if there were, the fix was simple: you just had to adjust the values Global Markups. As Global Markups have to be voluntarily set up by you and not us, I am not sure how this responsibility falls upon us. Unless you had opted for the price review upgrade, we do not change your product prices from our end.

About products coming from France, I did tell you that some furniture items are warehoused on the coast of France near the UK, which is why you keep seeing France in the shipment location. As we do not warehouse the products, we cannot control where they are kept. But we were transparent with you regarding this, as mentioned above.

Wholesale2B is indeed a mediator between you and the supplier, and we have never shied away from that fact. We're majorly a software company, where we assist you with processing orders with the suppliers so you do not have to sign up with each supplier separately.

I apologize that you've received negative feedback, but I am certain that we assisted you through all issues at all times. No matter which supplier you go for, with dropshipping, you are going to face a few hiccups with inventory everywhere, the only difference being that we've more willing to get the issues resolved, and we can attest to that that we did.
