I checked your app history, and it appears that you had upgraded to the paid tier of the app, canceling the free trial. Despite the app not being actively used (I do see items being pushed to your store), you did upgrade, which is why you were charged with monthly cost of the app.

This was not done without your knowledge, as you had actively upgraded to the paid plan before your trial was over, to add more products to your store.

We're a 20-year-old business, and a business does not last this long by scamming people. We take extreme pride in our transparent efforts, and I can guarantee that we would never intend to scam you or anyone else.

I would request you to reach out to us using support ticket from your Wholesale2B account and discuss how we could work together to get this resolved. Most of the issues are immediately resolved by our ticket support staff, so, communication is always appreciated.

To sum it up, you were not charged wrongly, and we were not trying to scam you at all.

I'd like to clarify some things here. About the product prices, those are provided to all of our members on 'as is' basis, which means they directly come from the suppliers - and Wholesale2B doesn't intervene or alter those prices in any way. If you feel that some suppliers are priced high, you can report the same to us, and we'd investigate the matter immediately.

I understand from experience that everyone's experience with listing on Amazon is different, and we've members making a ton of profits while listing to Amazon without any issues. We see this every day, and assist you throughout the way; we only seek for your patience in return.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

I can see that you've activated the Amazon plan about 6 days ago and pushed 60+ items to your Amazon store successfully so far.

1. That's too small a window to judge your scope of generating sales. It's rare, but it could take upto 2 weeks for you to see your first sale, depending on your profit markups, products you've chosen, etc.
2. It's not impossible to make a sale with Amazon and Wholesale2B. Our biggest sales drivers for our members are Amazon and eBay, with Amazon generating a little over 250 orders per day on average per member.
3. Our prices are indeed wholesale. They aren't high as your portray, but extremely low compared to other dropshipping platforms and low enough to generate profits for you on Amazon and other platforms.

I also see that you haven't reached out to us for canceling your plan. You instead asked us to add profitable items to your Amazon list, which we promptly did. Nowhere did I find a cancelation request.

I would request you to reach out to us using support ticket from your Wholesale2B account and discuss how we could work together to generate a sale. If you aren't comfortable with Amazon, you can always switch to eBay plan for free and start selling on eBay, where you would have lesser hassles from the platform itself.
