Ok expierence with check in, not very content with the car I was provided. There was no fluid present for cleani g wind shield and after 150 km the car gave respons that service was needed. I don’t like that when I am hiring a car. This alarm was showing all the time. Besides that, the car gave annoying beeps when I was exceeding speedlimits. Experience check out was good and quick.

We had a very seamless process collecting and dropping off the car. Staff were very helpful. The car was in very good condition and really exceeded my expectations

Stay away from Wiber Rent a Car in Ibiza! They are using dishonest tactics to scam tourists. They charged our credit card €298.65 for a complete lie: "Upholstery Substitution".

Upon returning our rented Audi A1, the passenger seat was merely slightly damp. There were absolutely NO stains, tears, or permanent damages whatsoever. It just needed a couple of hours to air-dry. To make matters worse, the agent at the counter was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely lacked professionalism. She refused to discuss the situation, wouldn't listen to our explanation, and simply processed the abusive charge, shutting down any conversation.

Charging a customer to fully replace a factory seat over temporary dampness is an unacceptable scam to generate fake profits. Fortunately, we have photos from the exact drop-off time proving the seat was in perfect visual condition.

We have already reported them to Booking.com. Avoid Wiber at all costs!

We hired a car from Wiber in Alicante. Please avoid them at all costs!!
They claim that I have damaged the car, despite having paperwork and photos showing the damage was there previously.
Extremely rude and due to having a plane to catch I had to just give in and pay over 400 euros.
Wasn't just me, another lady was also charged 400 euros for a scratch that was already on the car.
Clearly scamming people , won't send me receipts .
also I paid £56.71 for fuel, returned the car with a full tank and this hasn't been refunded either.
I have rented cars numerous times and never has such despicable treatment.
Staff are rude, smug and just laugh when you try to explain that you haven't caused the damage.
Please avoid for your own sanity.

Absolutely great experience from start to finish. The communication was excellent even before we arrived and the online check in made everything super easy, picking up the car took no more than 5 minutes. The car itself was spotless, looked almost brand new and was in perfect condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful both when we collected and returned the vehicle which made the whole process completely stress free. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a car in Spain. I'll happily use them again on my next trip and won't even look elsewhere. Very good experience and very good price

Everything went smoothly. Make sure you rent a car with full insurance (all inclusive) so you are really carefree - when returning the car they only ask you if the tank is full and there’s no ceremony around any car injuries (even minor scratches). When picking this option you don’t need to give any deposit. You need to consider, that the pick up and drop off is some km from the airport, so make sure to take the time, when returning the car, because there’s a shuttle that drives you from/to airport. I think this company is great and I really recommend it, price was also pretty reasonable.

Honestly, I couldn’t fault this company. It was a seamless hire from start to end.

I booked after reading they didn’t require a deposit and paid for my car upfront - and then I read reviews! That panicked me a bit but in my personal experience, I couldn’t find fault.

I paid for the hire and the additional insurance to bring the excess down to zero. We arrived at the airport, the map directions were spot on. It was a bit manic around by the shuttle pick up, you have to scan the QR code on the side of one of the Wiber buses there and then you’re allocated a number which is then called with your name for pick up. We maybe waited 15 minutes until we could get on a shuttle. A short trip to the actual hire car place and again, a nice area with seating outside and a little food and drink hut (additional cost not free!) but was nice whilst you waited. Here, you also need to take a ticket until you’re called but again, probably waited 10 minutes max and it was fairly busy. I had to pay a fuel deposit which I wasn’t aware of but this was around 90euros - it was explained this would be refunded if I returned the car with a full tank as I’m taking it on a full tank. Few signatures and away I went.

Car was clean, couple scratches in the paintwork but it was all noted on the paperwork.

When returning, again, really easy. Drove the car into the yard, unloaded, someone came and took the key and checked it was refuelled. Because of the excess insurance they didn’t need to check any additional damage to the car (not that there was any!!) and we then waited for the shuttle back. They pull up and call your name so sit and chill for a bit before a short ride back to the airport drop off point.

All in all, a really good experience, and I’ve already had the email confirming my refund for the fuel charge - which was sent about 10 mins after I returned the car.

Would definitely hire from these again!

I am still waiting to receive my deposit I closed my travel account from which I paid the deposit through without realising which isn’t wiber rentals fault by the way but I have tried constantly to contact them by phone and getting no joy. I gave the car back after 4 weeks rental in perfect condition. This is £1000 euros so isn’t small change and been trying since September last year! After contacting my bank they can not do anything for me as the travel account is now closed, can I please have a response from wiber regarding this please?

Fast and friendly car rental without deposit.
The car drop-off was also quick and flexible with the All inclusive package.
If we are in Spain again, we will only rent a car from them😉
