Everything is great with those shuttles, just maybe there should be markings at the terminal so you know which direction to go because they are not the easiest to find at first...everything else is great

It was all fantastic , car top, the service was fast and efficient. Drop off is also easy and no queue.

We Booked via sunnycars. Rental was perfect only thing at mallorca airport is the transfer to the rent location. Both ways we had to wait more than 30 minutes for the transfer.

I liked the speed with which I received the car, the cleanliness of the car and the easy return of the car, I didn't like the fact that people under the age of 30 are charged extra, regardless of how long you have a driver's license

I am very satisfied with Wiber Carrental. Made online check in, just came, got the key from the box, no long waiting, just grabbed my car and thats it. Car was comfortable, all was very fine. Transfer from/to airport was also good, all on time🙏 in june i will also rent again from Wiber.

I am very satisfied with choosing Wiber rent-a-car. All necessary insurance is included, and there is no deposit required when picking up the car. You complete the check-in online, and with the code you receive, you can collect the key from the machine without any waiting.

They have plenty of shuttle vans and excellent drivers who pick you up at the airport and take you back after you return the car. The location is very close to the airport.

Everything was fast and easy. I was picked up at the airport on time, received the car within minutes with just my driver’s license and ID, and paid the fuel deposit by card.

The car was brand new, and the return process was just as smooth — I received the fuel deposit refund before arriving at the airport.

Car hire was booked 30 minutes early, after getting to the front of the queue I was told to take a seat and wait, although if I paid for to include full excess I can have it now, clearly trying to upsell and if you don’t sit and wait, no great from wiber, you are not making customers happy

Everything was great from beginng: pick up from airport to office - pickup box - all details and information are clear printed on receipt. Quick dropp off the car and transport on airport.

Perfect car and customer service!
The pick up and drop off was very smooth, the car was in perfect condition!
Only thing, that as the office is not at the airport, the shuttle bus is a bit unpredictable, we waited realively long to the way to the airport (around 30 min), at least we calculated extra time for the drop off.
