Very high quality of materials, I really enjoy your products and passion to make display cases for most Lego and Funko products! Wicked Brick products don’t come with an instruction manual though, so depending on the product you get, you might have to rely on a YouTube video to know how to assemble it, but they are relative easy to assemble. That’s the only thing taking my review down from 5 stars.

Paying for expensive items expecting better quality, arrives damaged and takes ages for customer service to get back to you, then it takes ages for a replacement to be shipped. Wish this was so much better than what it was

Just wanna say thanks to everyone who helped fix an error in my order. I've bought dozens of Wicked Brick cases and this is the first time there's ever been an issue. My case didn't have the interior stand pieces, and WB was quick to make good on it. I understand the people working there are, in fact, humans, and make mistakes like all humans, so no anger or frustration from my end on the missing pieces. Really appreciate everyone at WB and the products they make for Lego enthusiasts like me.

This order, #219101, was actually placed 23-NOV-2024. Four items in total that were all marked "ready to ship." Items were dispatched 26-NOV-2024, made it across the pond in a week or less, and arrived without issue.

They didn’t ship my order for 2 weeks and then finally sent a replacement which was missing screws and magnets. Also the front panel was missing the magnets in corners to keep it in place

Been over a month and no email or message back absolutely terrible will never recommend

Don’t bother with trying to contact support. You’ll be waiting a month for a response.
