Had to contact Wicked brick due to a damaged product. I sent a total of 5 emails over the period of 3 months. They only recently replied.
I expect for the value of the product- the customer service to be better then this.
Perfect way to display your lego sets.
Get all my lego cases from here, the designs with there printed back panels adds thats extra flare to the sets and keeps them from getting dusty so a plus there too.
There a busy company so it does sometimes take a while for them to come back to you but they always do and sort anything you need, I recently wanted to add new style base plates to my current case and got it sorted.

I placed my order for 4 x different Lego Star Wars display stands/cases. Three of the four stands/cases had missing parts. I contacted Wicked Brick through their website detailing the missing parts with photos. To my disappointment, I receive an email response asking what was the issue, what parts? I guess they couldn't be bothered reading the complaint fully.
I am an adult collector, with probably one of the largest Lego Star Wars collections in the UK (all but 3 sets), who has placed multiple orders totalling £1300 from this company and their customer service is truly awful.

Great customer service, no wait time on the phone and they were very friendly and helpful and resolved my error in minutes, thank you!

Excellent Custoner Service and Great Products
The website and ordering process is very streamlined. I was ordering for my family who changed their mind / found a different product. The system would not allow us to swap out a product but customer service through the fabulous Jemma was able to cancel the order so that we could place the corrected one almost right away. Love the products.

Dimensions
I had ordered two display cases for Warhammer 40k which, it turned out, wouldn’t fit the space I had ordered them for. It turns out that the dimensions provided on the website are internal, not external as I had expected. This needs to be made clearer.
I messaged the company and received a reply the next morning suggesting that I could get a full refund. I responded immediately and the refund was processed within minutes. I have now re-ordered a smaller size and am crossing my fingers that they are delivered in time for Christmas. I was impressed with the service and will be making more purchases from Wicked Bricks in the future.

Waste of money and incorrect order.
I tried to order a front plate and a back plate for my ikea shelves. I found the order process very confusing and accidentally ordered just the back plates in black. When they arrived I saw they were blue and I thought they were plastic blue sheets that were to be removed to protect the clear plexiglass. Since they were all blue I had no idea that they were actually the wrong color as the directions were extremely poor. Now I have nothing I want or can use and spend almost 300 dollars for garbage. What a waste of time and energy. I would not recommend this company to anyone and now I need to find a cheaper alternative since they completely wasted my time and money.
