They delivered the wrong toy to us
They delivered the wrong toy to us. Fortunately they did pick up that fact after another customer complained they had received our grandsons toy. I hadn't opened it.
The frustration is being left a voicemail saying can we deliver the toy tomorrow but we will only leave it if we can pick up the one they incorrectly delivered.
They blamed the delivery company when in fact the package delivered to me had my name and address.
Personally I find that misses the point and is insulting. They hadn't delivered what we had paid for and then setting an undertone of threat on us - you dont get what you paid for unless we get ours back. Not great.
It also took a week to deliver which was to suit them, not me and not any offer of compensation. Price was average so I won't be buying more from here based upon the attitude.

Hello Michael,
I apologise that you had the wrong item delivered. It was entirely our fault as the warehouse put the wrong label on the wrong box. We cannot blame the delivery company for that as they do not label the boxes, they pick up the box’s with the labels already attached.
This was identified when another customer notified us of the error. It was at this point that we investigated the issue and contacted you to advise you of the mistake. You had received the item but were unaware that it was the wrong item. I believe you said that you needed it for the 28th March, so we had until then to swap it over which meant that we could do it when we were next in your area. Luckily ou have been well prepared and ordered with plenty of spare time. Good for you, so many people leave it until the last minute!
l can see that we left you a voice mail on 20th March at 10:04 am asking you to contact us as we were in your area on 21st so we could swap the items, we also sent an email.
We then left another voicemail at 16:46, before we closed at 17:00 advising that we would call in on 21st but we would not be able to leave the item without knowing that you were going to be there to make the exchange and we advised that the driver would be there between 8:30 and 10:30.
We apologise if this sounds threatening it was certainly not intended to make you feel that way. When we deliver in our own vans, we do not leave anything on a door step unless we have been in contact with the customer so that they know it is coming as this can create other issues.
We hope your grandson enjoys the Go kart.

Excellent service.
The delivery man called to apologise and let us know there was a problem on the motorway and they would be later than expected. Apologised again when they arrived. Lifted the box into the house and explained if there were amy problems, whatsoever, to let them know and they would sort it. So polite, knowledgeable and sincere. The product is fantastic!

Excellent customer service
Once my order was placed I received a call to organise delivery which happened within a few days. Delivered by the actual company not a 3rd party. Driver very helpful reassuring me on ease of installation of the swing/slide. Yet to install it but so far service excellent. Thankyou
