Wicker Warehouse is the place to purchase beautiful outdoor wicker. I received my furniture for my front porch and simply LOVE it. I have received many compliments from my neighbors. The Love Seat, Chairs and Tables are very sturdy and made to last; the cushions are thick, the fabric is vibrant and beautifully finished. The excellent quality of this furniture will last me for many years to come. Dealing with Wicker Warehouse was a breeze. Next year I would like to get furniture for the back porch.

I purchased a resin wicker chaise lounge. It is perfect! Exactly what I was looking for, well made and lovely. The cushions are very well made, too. I am delighted with this purchase which I will enjoy for years to come.

The ordering process was simple. I had a couple of questions with my order, and they were very helpful when I called in with questions.

There were cobwebs, dust, and a small stain that looked like mold inside the trunk. I had to vacuum and clean the inside.

The item I purchased was exactly as described and the price was reasonable. I recieved the item very timely.

I have been ordering my porch furniture and cushions from your company for years. I just replaced all the cushions and I’m always amazed at the choice of materials and designs. They are well made and have enhanced the look of my porch.

I needed to order an extra chair with the set that I wanted. I was doing this online, and realized that I picked the wrong cushion for the extra chair. I called in on the next business day, and staff was very helpful, made sure my order was correct, and it was just an all around pleasant experience. The fact that I was getting free delivery, when I live approximately 4 and 1/2 hours away from where the furniture warehouse is located, was a major bonus. I couldn't be happier with this new set. It is extremely well made, and very attractive. It's an exceptional value for the price.

The delivery was long term. The lacing of the wicker was sloppy. The costumer service was great. A recommendation will be hard to pass to someone to buy the product.

Great customer service well made products

I was waiting to get a call to schedule delivery. I didn't expect to get a call from the driver on a Sunday evening around 8:00 p.m. He was at our house and ready to deliver the furniture. We weren't home and didn't arrive til around 9:00p.m. entering at our side door, not the back where he had put the furniture on our deck. I didn't check for any messages because I wasn't expecting any calls. I didn't go outside Monday and didn't know it had been delivered til Tuesday morning when I happened to look out my kitchen sink window. I then checked my answering machine and listened to the two messages he left. Thankfully nothing was damaged. The first email I received after ordering said that I had to inspect everything while driver was present. The second email concerning the shipment said that the driver wouldn't wait til it was inspected...a bit confusing. After I unwrapped everything and inspected it I called the driver and left a message thanking him for putting the furniture on our deck instead of just leaving it in the yard. Anyway, I'm happy with the furniture. It's well made and all questions prior to ordering were answered. Ordering online was easy.

The fact that they provide an actual color swatch of the fabric.

Sales people were great to work with and very patient with me especially since I was having difficulty selecting the right shade of red for my chair cushions. Will be ordering more pieces from them in the spring.
