I was very disappointed with my order of worms, they were very limp & weak having very little life in them. I held them in my hand to warm up, but they didn’t improve in there movement or vitality.... See more

Will not supply to the is of Wight…
Will not supply to the is of Wight without a hefty postage even though it can come by royal mail. When I post things to the mainland I am not charged extra. There should be the option of who you want to send it by and the courier price
Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. I ordered my wriggly worms on the Monday and they arrived on the Tuesday, and that was to the Highlands and Islands AND with no extra P&P charges. Couldn't ask for a better service

Wiggly Wigglers - well worth paying a bit extra
Wiggly Wigglers may not be the cheapest, but quality is always fresh, bird food variety is excellent. Fat suet pellets are appreciated by birds all year round. Although I live in Scotland and pay higher delivery charges, I still feel the quality and consistently excellent freshness of products is worth the additional costs. No seed is wasted and I don't have to be concerned about any moulds or toxins that some bird seeds/ peanuts have

Really pleased with our urbalive worm farm
Really pleased with our urbalive worm farm which arrived in less than 2 days from ordering. Very stylish and a great way to deal with fruit/vegetable waste and even empty the vacuum to create compost and plant food. The information booklets have been invaluable as we are novices. So far the worms seem happy too.

Ordered & paid for my items two weeks ago & I haven't heard anything from the company at all. I have finally received a response to my email to find they are waiting for an item to come in to complete the order. Communication hasn't been good fingers crossed I get most of my order in the next week.

Wonderful live meal worms
Just a quick note to say how wonderful the live meal worms are. The Blackbirds and Robins wait at the window for me and now we have 3 fledgling Robins and 2 fledgling Blackbirds, it is so good to see and it cheers me up. The Bluebirds and Wrens take the worms but are not as brave.

The new urban wormery is really…disappointing.
The new urban wormery is really disappointing. It is very stylish, but you need to cover the top to stop water sitting in the lid around the wooden handle. The tap is very awkward to reach, it's right underneath the unit, so very difficult to use. The standard wormery is less pretty, but far more practical to use.

A very efficient first class service.
A very efficient service. The worms arrived on time and in the pink. The information given about setting up a wormery was detailed and clear.

Worms lost and found…
My initial order was lost in the belly of the beast called The Royal Mail. Poor worms! Rachel replaced them straight away and they were in the soil within a day. Good service.

Happy worms!
Worms arrived this morning, fast delivery and in very good condition ready to be added to my compost heap
Great service, great mealworms.
I have dealt with this firm in the past and have always found it nice and efficient. I wanted live mealworms this time, and they came quickly and were obviously nice and healthy. Would not hesitate to recommend them to any other person if my experience is common to everyone else.

WORMS little miracle workers
Our lawn was full of weeds compacted and wet all year round it was terrible. Not wanting to go the chemical route i came across wiggly wrigglers and read an article on introducing more worms to the lawn to break down the soil and improve conditions. We drilled holes in the lawn purchased lots of worms (big big worms) and added them to the holes, top dressed the lawn and added grass seed (which we had done before with no positive result) and within a few days we were seeing worm casts which was fantastic! Anyway a few months later the lawn has greatly improved even the neighbours are commenting on how good it looks.

Fantastic service!
First time customer, and very impressed. My order was dispatched within thirty minutes of being placed, and delivered the following morning. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I purchased a URBALIVE starter kit after being recommended by a friend to Wiggly Wigglers, although it’s early days I have been very happy with the service I have received and the information available on the site, the videos are a great help for a beginner, the product bought is very sturdy I would recommend the Company to anyone

Bokashi bran went mouldy
I purchased a batch of bokashi bran from this company as it was better value (and not in plastic) than the first batch I'd bought from a different seller. Despite it being stored in exactly the same way as the first batch, which lasted nearly a year, it went mouldy after only a few months. I had noticed that this company's bran was darker and more moist than the bran I'd got elsewhere. I didn't think anything of this at the time. I contacted Wiggly Wigglers to ask why their product had gone mouldy despite it being stored in air tight containers and their response was disappointing. They blamed the storage despite me explaining why this was unlikely and advised me to compost it. At £20 with postage this isn't good enough. I'll be purchasing elsewhere in future.
EDIT: Following the reply from Wiggly Wigglers I emailed them as requested. This was on the 17th May and as of 29th May I am still waiting for a response. Was your reply just for show then as you clearly aren't bothered about providing genuinely decent customer service.

Excellent service
I use Wiggly Wigglers for live mealworms and the product is always excellent. My last order, that should have been delivered by Royal Mail, did not arrive. When I let the company know this, they immediately sent a replacement with no hassle.

Taking care of the birds and even the bees
We have been buying live mealworms every week for 20 years and the birds love them, and they really rely on them at this time of year when they are raising their young.
We also got our compost wormery from Wiggly Wigglers, and that has been quietly turning our kitchen waste into compost for a decade, helping our garden to flourish.
The people are lovely, the service is great and you are helping wildlife at the same time.

Top quality at sensible prices
I made the silly decision to buy Bokashi bran from Amazon Marketplace instead of Wiggly Wigglers. I didn’t realise that I could have got 66% more if I had used Wiggly Wigglers. Never mind lesson learned I will always go to Wiggly Wigglers first as they offer the best value. The quality of their goods is also top quality so it’s a win win all round. They also offer discounts for subscriptions so that’s also a bonus. Well done guys ❤️
