Always excellent service. One item was missing from a recent order - I emailed WW and received a replacement almost immediately.

Mealworms for the garden birds. Arrive as scheduled fortnightly. The robins are well trained to appear at the kitchen window to ask for the days ration.

Worms are GO. My old-style wormery has been re-vitalised with my most recent purchase, and the existing compost removed therefrom has gone towards giving my window boxes and vegetable garden a welcome boost (last year's potato crop benefitted enormously from an earlier extract). I have ordered a number of times from Wiggly Wigglers over many years now and have had, on each occasion, excellent, prompt service. The quality of their stuff is 1st class, and I enjoy supporting a local family run business which stocks such a wide range of goods. I recommend Wiggly Wigglers without hesitation.

Prompt service, good communication. Everything arrived as described and in good condition. Instructions were easy to follow. I bought worms to repopulate my wormery. They looked really healthy and lots of them.

Excellent next day delivery service of bird suet balls for the hungry birds in garden. Good quality produce. This company is a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

Good, prompt Royal Mail delivery. Stout cardboard box with securely fastened sack inside. Garden worms arrive in a light compost mix. Simple instructions to put 5-8 worms into one golf-ball size hole for each Square Metre of your garden soil. Cover lightly with soil. Repeat.

Worms arrived well packed and on time. They definitely seemed healthy.

This is the place to buy your live mealworms, they always arrive promptly and always in tip top condition. My chooks go mad for them!

We love our new Wiggly Wigglers Urbalive wormery and the excellent, easy-to-follow accompanying YouTube videos. The worms we were sent are very healthy and now thriving in their new home, and the whole set-up looks great. My one ask would be less plastic – not sure why the kit needs to include a pair of disposable gloves or to come wrapped in a giant disposable plastic bag and am not a fan of the plastic scoop/trowel thing (which also came in its own plastic bag). Appreciate some customers will need a scoop but perhaps it could be an optional extra for those who don't already have one at home. Overall we're really delighted with the wormery though.

My wormery was a gift for christmas, the best gift I have had for years :) Its a really great system, it looks good and the instructions are clear though in some cases, a little different from the ones from the manufacturer.

The birds love the suet cakes and we love the Bokashi bran. We compost all kitchen food peelings and scraps, in our Bokashi bins before adding to the garden shredding. The compost breaks down quickly and is soon full of worms. Delivery is quick.

As always everything arrived in time, no plastic used in packaging. Great to support our farmers!!

We have been ordering the composting bran from Wiggly Wigglers for several years. It works really well. It stops any smells from the compost bin under the sink and breaks down the compost very quickly once outside. We have several composting bins and it helps with the garden waste too, as the mix gives us plenty of good soil year in year out.

I have ordered from Wiggly Wigglers a number of times and have never been disappointed. A great family run company who put their customers at the heart of all they do. Keep up the good work.

I recently ordered some sunflower hearts, no-mess seed mix and dried mealworms.
There was a confusion about the delivery of my sunflower hearts, which all the documentation said would arrive with my order, but were missing.
I emailed the company and got a swift reply apologising that the package had been held up.
I expect it to arrive in the next few days.
In the meantime, the quality of the no-mess seed mix is extremely good and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I received the worms + a bag feed, mistakes happen, and I am probably in pocket!
My problem was that then as now I have been unable to speak to anyone to ascertain if the mats were to follow, or was the food added as a substitute, because I still need the mats.

Very good service from Wiggly Wigglers. Prompt delivery of a starter wormery kit. The extra information which came with the kit for setting up the wormery was useful. Will be recommending this company to others.
